On the FSH appointment system, the banner says the store reopens on the 19th and they’ll be happy to welcome us then. Perhaps without an appointment for once!

But given the number of people has to be controlled as per gov. regulation for enclosed spaces, I expect appointments will be back and even more limited. The only exception might be on the 19th itself (when all shops reopen).

My SA also told me they were contacting everyone with items on hold, to either come collect or make a remote purchase, so I expect Paris stores to be quite busy from the get-go.

They emailed me saying to try and book an appointment. I can’t wait to try when i’m there. They did mention you don’t need an appointment for George V. Also, semi off topic but if anyone has shopped at the Hermès in Rome, Florence or Naples please PM me with your experience!

Well, or turn up at 10-ish. There were only 10 or so people this morning... but the line grew fast in the next 20 mins.
