Was offered two lovely bags but both in swift so didn’t end up taking either home. Also a Kelly cut in blue brume but it’s not really for me... The colours were absolutely gorgeous and the lady was very nice.
I think Saturday afternoon is just a bad timing for stock...
Will go back another day for better selection :heart:

Does anyone know if the artisans will still take vacation in August like they usually do? I'm assuming they will... just trying to figure out when is a good time to go to Paris! late enough so they can restock... but before everyone goes on vacation

I remember scoring a K32 etoupe toward the end of July at FSH so I think it all comes down to luck. Hermes has more bags available than they make you believe. :)

...also looking forward to my next Hermes Paris trip. I don’t generally go to ‘try my luck’ for bags. (usually get anything I want from London,there are only so many bags I can afford!) but absolutely we love Paris and visit Hermes if we can.

If you are determined to get a bag and somehow an appointment is not available, try getting an appointment at collectors square. They have a stunning selection of Kelly’s and birkin s in beautiful colours and broad price spectrum.

Hi all,
I’m new to the forum and joined to ask some questions regarding shopping at the FSH store. I’m planning a trip to Paris in September to hopefully score a Kelly/Birkin. I’m wondering if it’s possible to buy a K/B and also a Constance if the SA offers one to me. Or is it only possible for me to buy non-K/B/C bags from Hermes once I’ve already bought one of those 3?

Also, should I wear my Birkin when I go in for an appointment? I bought it through TheRealReal and I know Hermes hates resellers so I don’t know if that would leave a bad taste in their mouths if I walk in holding a Birkin not bought directly from them.

Any info will be appreciated, thanks!

I don’t see how one particular store would know where you bought a bag on your arm unless you mention it.

If your SA offers you something, I’m pretty certain you can buy it.;)

If you read through this thread, I think you will find that carrying a quota bag to FHS doesn't seem to curry any additional favor. If you want to wear it, wear it, but don't think it'll ensure a leather offer. Many others have said wearing more discrete pieces seemed to delight their SA, so consider wearing some jewelry or a RTW piece.

Under NO circumstances lie about the origin of the bag. People tend to have tells when they lie and you will make yourself more uncomfortable trying to create a story. Instead, I would just say, "I bought this bag pre-loved from a consignment shop. After I received and use it, I fell in love with the craftsmanship and decided to come to the Paris store in search of another bag I could treasure".
