Ellie, it is also worth writing to hermes.fr with then online form, just give them your email address, first + last name you’ve given at the time you purchased your bags and they may be able to find your profile and contact you

It is best to ask your own SA directly because this varies a lot, depending on the bag in question, client relationship and the SA.

I think it depends where in Asia and the time given is a good estimate to include custom clearance etc. Your SA should be able to answer these questions much more specifically. So far I have had no problems receiving my shipments.

I inquired about shipping a couple years ago when I was there and remember either getting a vague look which amounted to a no or I definitely got a no. I imagine with the volume of business and how disappointed people would be not to get their treasure, overseas shipping is not a thing FSH would want to mess with -- JMO.

Now, things may have changed with Covid and store traffic limitations.

I was able to get mine shipped to the United States, about 6 months into the pandemic. It was an SO though and they had specifically said they were making "extraordinary" exceptions to ship due to the ongoing lockdowns, restrictions in travel etc.

Fingers crossed travel will resume and I will be in Paris this fall. I hope to finally have an appointment at FSH. Yes, I would like a K or B, but I'm also interested in purchasing several other bags (an Evelyne and a Roulis). Is there a limit on number of bags you can purchase in one visit or in a week? Must you have an appointment to purchase non-quota bags if you do not win the appointment lottery?

I do believe non essential stores are opening on May 19th. June 9th is the next stage and when non EU/UK tourist are allow in.

I recognize that "extraordinary" qualifier about shipping. I've heard that before from H in other contexts. Boy, those guys sure know how to enforce boundaries.
