It was actually my first time at FSH and I was a walk in client at the time. It was a random weekend trip to Paris when I was studying abroad in Italy that semester so it was totally unexpected.

Throughout those past months, I was actively looking for a Cabacity 41 in every city I was travelling to but to no avail. At the FSH store, I told the SA I was looking for a Cabacity 41 with a swift hobo insert, not canvas or an HAC in a darker neutral colour with palladium hardware. He went away for a long, long time and then came back saying he's surprised I was asking for Cabacity 41 as he hasn't seen one come in for a long time but it's still on their system and that an HAC wasn't available as well. He then tried to sell me another tote with shearling on top but I wasn't interested and it was after that which he offered me to do an SO for the HAC not only in togo, but also crocodile. I've always wanted an HAC that's similar in look to the helium HAC with brushed hardware so that's why I ended up the BN BPHW combo.

Also to note but at the time when I approached the front desk for an appointment, I wasn't attended to for a long time and the SA was really apologetic about the long wait so I'm not sure if that had a factor with it or not. I'm also of the same ethnic original of the majority of the tourists in that shop normally and not to stereotype or label any groups or whatnot but the individuals of the same ethnic origin in the store at the time were very brash and outspoken, as if it were a marketplace. However, being from Canada, I can speak French to a degree or at least my pronunciations of French words/leathers/etc are decent lol

cool! Thanks for the story :) lucky you!! Btw, one SA told me that Paris FSH can ship if it’s a large order (i’m not sure how much or how big a purchase need to be to be eligible for shipping). Curious!!

It would be best to contact your SA but they have always been willing to ship reasonable amounts of bulky items such as the homeware, porcelain, large blankets, furniture etc. Sometimes it’s not always the value, but the convenience of having these things shipped and not carried home personally. Of course in the current situation they would also be more understanding.

They did the detax for me from Paris but I had to pay local Singapore import tax of 7%. I was also told only leather goods can be shipped so no exotic leather. My London bond street SA has also contacted me couple of weeks ago that they can ship only leather bags and small items to Singapore but no exotics. They can also do detax. Hope this helps.

Im Spanish living in Shanghai and I am tax resident in China. I can get tax free when i buy in Spain if i show the Embassy stamp on my passport as proof of residency in China. In your case, with a HK passport they are unlikely to ask questions as they will assume you are a foreigner so you are good. Just dont mention anything about your residency being processed. IF they ask you, you are just visiting relatives in Europe.

BTW, if asked a question by authorities it would be best to tell the truth.

Hi hi , sorry for late reply but I haven’t been on this forum for a couple of months. I paid via bank transfer. I recently just bought something from London H and paid via credit card.
