I will leave this reminder as a sticky because tthis is often a thread that new members (or new Hermès lovers) post on - hopefully temporarily.

All Paris stores are closed and you can try to reach them by email (through the Hermès.fr website) or by phone.
You can also try your regular SA if you have their contact.
My SA told me that purchases can be sent to any place in the world even in countries where there’s an hermes store.
Not sure you can purchase some leather goods if you don’t already have a purchase history in France. It’s worth the try.

My SA said I cannot share her contact and I believe that most FSH SA won’t help if they don’t already know you. I once gave her email address to a friend and she replied that she has to write to Hermes through the hermes.fr internet form.

what I understand is that like in all stores it is not possible to share the email address or the name of the SA and that each experience is personal and you must build your relationship with an SA yourself. just because an SA offered a quota bag to a purseblog member doesn’t mean she’ll offer you one.
It’s the same in FSH and that’s why I’ve hardly seen members sharing their SA email address

I agree. I have always asked my SAs first before I share their contacts and most have said they are unable to take new clients especially if they are very senior. I have only managed to introduce a very close friend once to my FSH SA and he arranged the appointment only as a very big (huge) favour to me and only because I could not be there personally to accompany her. I told him I really appreciated this as I know he is extremely busy.

I'm sure SAs at FSH don't want to be flooded with emails and phone calls from total strangers requesting for a B/K/C.

I've become friends with some fellow TPF members who also frequent FSH and sometimes we even meet up in Paris if we happen to be there at the same time. But we would never share each other's SA info. It's an unspoken rule that everyone respects for obvious reasons. We just share tips, success stories, and our general love for H :flowers:

It's certainly possible to share an SA's name/email, but it won't help. FSH SAs are already so busy that unless as @periogirl28 has noted, a major favor is pulled, they're not going to do much for someone with whom they have no experience.

It's really worth the effort to build a direct relationship.

Continued from my post above, my friend said she was treated like a Queen (her words not mine) with drinks and various items brought to the private room for her and DH to view. She went home happy, with a cheerful bright coloured Kelly 25 which I think really suits her. My SA really came through for me.

My Paris senior SA too discourages his clients from coming to see him all at the same time. A friend of mine was in Paris at the same time and we were asked to come separately as he prefers to give personal, one on one service.

Hello
Thank you for all the comments. However, I had been to FSH and I do have a history there. I was suppose to go again in April this year, I had to cancel my trip due to pandemic like all of us. I was able to score birkin 30 and kelly 32 on both of my trips. I didn't think to ask for her card because I was thinking to go back again.

Hi everyone - wanted to give some input- I had a dear SA I had been buying from 2012 ( not much mind you - a few rose gold bracelets and a B30, Evelyne TPM and Kelly 32) but he left in 2019. I thought I’d give it a go and contact the customer support email he had provided in 2015 - while I didn’t think I had a chance - I did email them and received a phone call last week asking what bags I would like to ask for.. I had a specific list and they took 30 minutes and called me back. I wasn’t lucky but they did tell me to email in 3 weeks and try once more.

I was shocked at their customer service and the lady helping seemed lovely. If you have a contact - do try emailing - they are responding to clients.

If you have your invoices handy, it might be worth calling FSH to see if they can track down the SA who helped you with the invoice number to send her a message that you'd like to be in touch.
