I will leave this reminder as a sticky because tthis is often a thread that new members (or new Hermès lovers) post on - hopefully temporarily.

Thanks! The reason I would be heading to FSH is because it would be the nearest outlet to my hotel. I'm hoping to go early (since its only 1 minute walk fro my hotel) because I don't wish to spend hours of my holiday queuing. My memories of Paris should be more than that.:roflmfao:

I have more or less given up hope on a B, and refuse to buy from a re-seller because I do think the price of a B warrants good in-store customer service as well. So I'd thought I will settle for a Lindy.

I am new to Hermes and I do like some of the designs of the bags. But to queue up 2 hours in the cold winter to get into the store? To repeat my visit the next day and try to convince the sale personnel to sell the bag to me?

Oh pls.. I'm paying and I work hard for my money, so she should do the convincing.:p

Unfortunately this brand has a unique way of doing things
They have the money and customers

I don't know when you are going. I have gone in early spring and fall and I gave never had to wait more than 30 minutes and yes you do wait inside. There is no point to waiting outside the store before opening like some people do. The people who do that and rush in like fools are uniformly rejected. If 30 minutes seems long I would suggest getting to the louvre at the crack of dawn because the lines at the louvre dwarf the lines at FSH and there you do wait outside. Good luck.

I was meaning to write, but got distracted. Last November I got offered a B at FSH, no queuing, no coming back later, straight away. It was my second B from FSH. However, I clearly remember being asked if I bought any bags that year. Not the past 6 months, but that year, and I think she meant calendar year. That just might be one reason Hanna got rejected. With such a scarce supply and huge demand they might have decided one a year is enough. My mom asked about Kelly, and they refused, as we were together. I'm going back in October, so I'm super excited!

I don't think that one year thing is true I just purchased my second B in May and when I asked my SA about getting another b or a k she said I needed to wait 5 months and the she could sell me another one.

I'm just saying what I was asked/told at FSH. She asked me like 3 times if I purchased any bags that year, and that was in November.

I hope you can prove that wrong, good luck!

Hello all, i am a new member to this great site. Wow what beautiful pictures and helpful advice there is here. I have visited FSH almost a dozen times and every time is different. The time i got lucky was when i was by myself... I tried as a newlywed, pregnant, with a toddler, pregnant baby #2, and with my husband! When i was pregnant, the staff was very nice, singled me out and offered for me to have a seat, but no luck getting a bag!. Last year in July i was by myself and scored a Kelly 35 black sellier epsom bag. I was dressed casually, jeans and top, and waited for about 15 minutes ( it was so hot)... They offered me a mini bottle of evian and the SAs were ina good mood. When i got to the sales person, i told them i wanted either a black medor, kelly or constance. She asked me, you dont want a Birkin? I already have one, so i told her no! They took my passport details asked me to wait on the side. Then the sales lady came back after a looong 10 minutes and asked me to go upstairs. She first showed me a brown constance with enamel hardware. I am more of a black person so i passed with a heavy heart. Then she told me to wait a little more....surprise she came back with the Kelly! I took it immediately. The Birkin i got in Brussels several years ago as a regular customer... So that's my story and i look forward to reading about your adventures in Paris!

I'm planning a trip in Dec, most probably during the first week or end Nov, trying to go before it gets too cold.

I will try to buy a bag. Will share my experience here :)

Thanks:smile1: I remember when you purchased your first B I read your story here, when I was doing research to buy my first B. I think I even asked you if it would be ok to wear my Boy bag. Good Luck o you too!

Hello! I love your post, and I'm sure your beautiful Kelly is a great reminder of a happy visit that time. Yes, this thread is full of interesting stories about the FSH bag experience, and I love to see the photos posted of beautiful bags people have managed to prize from the back room! It is always rather hard to see why people are successful, or sadly otherwise, but all the more wonderful when a member is lucky! Enjoy reading here :)

Thank you! Good luck! Love seeing all the success stories, gives all of us hope. Will be looking forward to your reveal [emoji2][emoji7]
