May I ask which hotel? I think hotels in the past used make appointments but no longer since the online system? (Someone please correct if I am misinformed!).

Yes, I was offered one but Constance at Xmas and declined. I think FSH doesn’t consider this a QB. Usually I have heard that 6 months is the norm but seriously it seems like it depends on the day and the SA at FSH! Their rules are weird.

Hello Everyone! Just wanted to share my Paris story. I got back yesterday from Paris and tried for a leather appointment with multiple names/ids of my family for a week, unfortunately we didn’t get through. I visited all the 3 stores, almost daily and tried to request for an appointment in person but nothing worked. During my visits there were loads of people in the stores, long queues for shoes, no wallets available anywhere.
I was really sad as I wished to get a bag or atleast a wallet for myself.
Anyways I finally ended up with a rose gold/gold Kelly belt, a gold legend shoe, black with black chypre, Elise espadrilles and twilly perfume…

The purchase needs to go under your friend's profile/passport number, but technically they can take your credit card for payment. My fiance has paid for my bag before and they were fine with it. You may want to check with your friend on her credit card limit though just to be safe, in case she only has one card and she want to use it on other purchases for herself so you don't want her to go over or barely passing by. If they insist the name of the credit card holder has to match then your friend will have to pay, and then you pay her back afterward.

Hello Ladies,

My husband was able to score an appontment for me for tomorrow at the George V location but unfortunately my 18 month old boy suddenly got an upset stomach. I am so terrified of leaving the hotel with him. I would just send my husband to the appointment but he is not comfortable with that and keeps pushing me to leave the baby with him and go to the store and tell them the situation. I’m not sure if they will give me the appointment because it’s under my husbands name… I’m so confused on what to do and can’t sleep. Would appreciate any guidance from you ladies. Only have few hours to decide what to do….
