I will leave this reminder as a sticky because tthis is often a thread that new members (or new Hermès lovers) post on - hopefully temporarily.

First time posting on this thread  I don't have a long story to share. But to answer some of the questions above, I managed to score a leather appointment upon my second attempt and was offered a mini lindy.

This was just last week, the store was packed. We sat down and our assigned SA just straight up asked us what bag we were looking for. We were actually ready to spend with her around the store, but she said no and just tell her the specs. I did, and then she asked me if I have already gotten any quota bags this year (which she later confirmed on her phone ofc). I said no and this would be my first one ever since being an Hermès client for about a year. We're thinking she is asking probably due to the limited supply and that they're trying to offer to clients that haven't gotten any this year maybe? She was gone for a good 20 minutes and came back with a blue mini lindy, which I had stated as a backup if no qbs were in stock. We purchased the mini lindy ofc; it is my first mini lindy. Aside from the mini lindy, she told me picotin 18 in noir was also in stock but I wasn't interested.

The whole experience was very professional and transactional, definitely wasn't what I was expecting after reading some posts from not long ago. I've also seen some fb posts recently that quite a few have scored qbs in fsh recently, I guess I just wasn't lucky enough. But I am still ofc grateful that I was offered a mini lindy. We visited the store twice (1 with leather appt and 1 without) and saw many sitting at the table being offered Herbags, Evelyns, Garden Parties etc. I think stock is just still very low...

FSH can ship anything abroad but bags, you will get vat deducted but will have to pay import tax and vat in your receiving country and of course shipping fee. I've done this many times.
Agree. I rather trust my FSH SAs who have shipped everything from bags in the past to RTW etc with VAT auto-deducted, it's always arrived fast and safely. UK VAT on arrival is high and might not make sense now, the total may end up slightly more expensive. My shipments generally go to my home country which has very low tax.

Do you remember what are the shipping charges like? Thank you

I’m sorry if this has been covered but I searched and could not find an answer in the thread. If my auntie got an appointment for tomorrow (Saturday) and she can no longer make it will they let her reschedule? Thanks!

No, someone will fill in your auntie's appointment slot and she'll have to re-apply for the appointment for the following days.

Hi all who have their Hermes and other luxury brands purchases delivered to your hotel. Would appreciate if you could share more. How does this works and is this safe?

I am thinking along the line of the hotel concierge would receive for us and we would collect from concierge when the items arrived and we were informed but how to ensure they are really delivered or that the concierge would not deny receiving them ?

I've never had a problem having Hermes purchases delivered to my hotel. They're quick and efficient, and my bags have always been waiting for me in my room.

I had Hermes and other luxury purchases delivered to my hotel. Didn't have to inform hotel concierge. All the bags were in the room when we returned.

The store will take your details. The store delivers the parcels to the hotel concierge, and the hotel concierge places the parcels in your room. It's much easier doing it this way then having to carry around your purchases in the heat and becoming a target for onlookers.
