This happens quite often. I’ve learned that if I haven’t received a confirmation by 8:30 then it’s a rejection. I once didn’t get any follow up email at all and went to the store where they said to assume it’s a rejection when you do not hear back.

Here I was, couldn't get an appointment for so long....and that lady scored an item (the paper bag is size of a bag..) in front of me and potentially reselling it.... Arggggg, I would be so happy to be offered a bag of my choice, if that 'bag' is not her choice, she could have turned it down for someone else who likes it..
e.g. In the past, I was offered a Constance 24 in Blue Brume which is lovely but I absolutely do not use light color bags....So, I turned it down even with much regret as it is lovely while I know that would be someone else's dream bag.. so, the right person will cherish it more.....

The effort to get an appointment is huge, especially for those who do not live in Paris and might only be here for a few days on their vacation, so, I feel bad for everyone who miss out due to the reseller.
p.s. Thanks for the good wishes from everyone regarding my appointment application...still no appointment. :sad: even though I live in Paris... almost 6 months with no appointment seemed so odd.....

Have you purchased any items throughout the period your online attempts were unsuccessful? I somehow believe purchases need to be clocked. Even small ones to improve chances

Hi Masschaoz,
I just checked, I purchased 12,704 euros worth of items since I started applying online..All 12k of purchases spread out in all 3 stores in Paris...That is why it is so odd that I have no appointments yet..
P.s. My purchases were monthly, every month a thing or 2 (sometimes more)..Thankfully, all the items I bought were truly what I wanted instead of just making purchases to get an appointment/bag.

Just an update - I was in FSH and Sevres this week. Didnt get any appointments (online and walk in) eventho i applied everyday for 5 days. Currently any requests for appointments from other SAs (shoes, fine jewelries) has to go through the gate keeper downstairs. So it u buy things from other departments, the SA will ask you to ask the counter downstairs (and they will give you a QR code to apply online). Stock is really low right now, no SLGs, shoes, and jewelries that i was looking for.

Hi, I just arrived in paris and visited both fsh and sevres today- I bought a few scarves, shoes and a pareo that can’t get at my home store. The leather appointment lady at fsh was pretty standoffish. Also, note you can no longer try display bags without a leather appointment(for me this is the biggest disappointment since there are a few bags I want to see will suit me- I did find out the Constance to go would not work for me)

The three sas who helped me in both stores were really nice though and the one in sevres was willing to show me any men’s bags.

As with others, no luck with getting online appointments out of all the 5 days I was in Paris. I have made 3 purchases, 2 in Paris and 1 in Nice. After I made my Paris purchase, I asked if there were any cancellations and was pointed to the lady with the iPad who said No appointments. The consolation is that FSH is huge and I was able to find items unavailable in my home store. I'm now back in my home country and will wait for my quota bag and continue building relationship with my SA. Good luck to those going to Paris!

Hello beautiful girls! New member here! I have some questions about the Hermes appointment system, curious if anyone have experience with or can help me with these questions:

1) Can i submit multiple appt requests on the same day? I would hate to be blocked for having multiple submissions within the same day, if i am not allowed.
2) I have heard that using different passports to submit the appointment request will increase your chance. I have two passports but only 1 cell phone number, which means that i can submit two appt requests with different passport # for each, yet both submissions will include the same contact number. Does this work? or will Hermes consider these two requests as one, since they are under the same contact number? I certainly don't want to get blacklisted.

Hi! It’s one request per passport, phone number and day. You can use 2 passports but this would mean you also need a second phone number. Greets
