I will leave this reminder as a sticky because tthis is often a thread that new members (or new Hermès lovers) post on - hopefully temporarily.

Am just wondering if there are confusing and contradictory posts regarding this because it really depends on level of access to these records? I am guessing most of our SAs might not be able to access country/ region/ international purchase histories as it’s really not necessary for their daily responsibilities. I feel it might be possible at back office especially at the global flagship and only if something is flagged but I have never asked my SA about this. Just a thought.

Congrats and thank you for sharing your story. The K25 is beautiful, the leather (looks like swift) & colour are gorgeous! Enjoy wearing it!

We are going to Paris next week so it gives me a little bit of hope, I tried the lottery appointed on Nov 21 with no luck, would be curious to see if luck is on my side this time. Regardless trip to Paris itself is the best gift
Yes it’s swift!! My first swift bag, was hesitant at first but I’ve been wanting a bleu brume bag since it first released 2 years ago. So I couldn’t say no! Lol

Good luck on getting an appt!! But stop in if you don’t, it doesn’t hurt to try to ask!! And I agree with you a Paris trip is indeed the best gift, scoring a bag is a bonus!:smile::heart:

Hmm, now I had heard from friends who live in Paris that Costes is overpriced for what it is, staff can be snobby and racist, and the bar is mainly filled with tourists hoping to spot influencers and celebs, and eastern European escorts...
I beg to differ.
I have stayed at Costes many times both for pleasure and on business (shooting for a world famous fashion magazine who book the hotel for their staff and crew)
I personally object to your comments which are wrong judgemental and racist

SLG question: If I am interested in purchasing a Kelly To Go or Constance To Go in Paris, do I need a leather appointment? Or are these considered SLG, and can I just walk in and ask? Also, is there a line to enter at any of the boutiques if I am just looking for SLG and not an appointment? TIA!

It’s an SLG and been asked on the thread a bunch. You can just walk in and ask - low supplies for these in Paris as well.

Hello,
Constance/Kelly to go do not need leather appointment. However, they are really hard to find.
I live in Paris and have been stalking the stores every single week non stop since I moved here last year....and only scored 1, so, really hard to find.
However, my sisters in North America got a few within the past 1/2 year in North America. so, it seems like it is easier to score certain items in North America when they have dedicated SA instead of just walk in.

Have a nice day.

Ugh! I just came across an Instagram reel of this lady scoring a K25 Craie togo in Sevres store and her next IG post is literally her putting it for sale :annoyed: so unfair when I read stories on here who put in so much effort, time and money to acquire the bag and ENJOY it… walk out unlucky!!
Yup! I’ve seen it a lot on IG as well. Resellers/personal shoppers have an army of employees so imagine number of appts they score - and they have employees all over major European countries.

It’s a whole operation for those resellers. Makes me so annoyed honestly! They ruin it for everyone !

I totally agree.

I literally saw a lady (very young, well dressed), posting the receipt in front of another SA..... I think she might be a reseller as I can't see any reason to post a receipt photo?
Here I was, couldn't get an appointment for so long....and that lady scored an item (the paper bag is size of a bag..) in front of me and potentially reselling it.... Arggggg, I would be so happy to be offered a bag of my choice, if that 'bag' is not her choice, she could have turned it down for someone else who likes it..
e.g. In the past, I was offered a Constance 24 in Blue Brume which is lovely but I absolutely do not use light color bags....So, I turned it down even with much regret as it is lovely while I know that would be someone else's dream bag.. so, the right person will cherish it more.....

The effort to get an appointment is huge, especially for those who do not live in Paris and might only be here for a few days on their vacation, so, I feel bad for everyone who miss out due to the reseller.
p.s. Thanks for the good wishes from everyone regarding my appointment application...still no appointment. even though I live in Paris... almost 6 months with no appointment seemed so odd.....
