Hello beautiful girls! New member here! I have some questions about the Hermes appointment system, curious if anyone have experience with or can help me with these questions:

1) Can i submit multiple appt requests on the same day? I would hate to be blocked for having multiple submissions within the same day, if i am not allowed.
2) I have heard that using different passports to submit the appointment request will increase your chance. I have two passports but only 1 cell phone number, which means that i can submit two appt requests with different passport # for each, yet both submissions will include the same contact number. Does this work? or will Hermes consider these two requests as one, since they are under the same contact number? I certainly don't want to get blacklisted.

Hi, I am in paris right now and it is one submission per cell phone even if you have different passport numbers. At least according to the leather appointment lady.

As stated previously it is one request per day per passport and phone number. You could purchase a French SIM cad that would get you a different number. Other potential complications to be aware of is that your credit card will need to match the country of your passport. If you have child and put them on your cc to be able to increase your chances the need to be 18. I had a friend who did this and got rejected at the point of purchase because her son was only 17, heartbreaking.!
In Paris now and I have been told they get 10,000 requests a day for around 300 apts so it really is a lottery!

My US passport is on my FSH profile but I’ve always paid with a French CC. Never had any issue.

Interesting, I wonder if this is because it is a French card. I live in canada and several friends with US and Canadian passports have had an issue as the address and card are Canadian and passport is US.

Should be ok. I am Canadian as well and my mother in law is American.
We both did not have any issues with purchases in the past (I live in Paris now).

After trying the lottery for over 20 times I finally got an appointment this week and I was able to score my dream bag (the one that was actually on my wishlist in my hometown ).

I’m still pinching myself and I still haven’t unboxed the bag lol, I was starting to think I would never get that appointment

Edited. No self-promotion in posts or own social media allowed :rtr:

I was in Paris last week and visited Faubourg for the first time. My experience wasn’t really good and even after buying fine Jewellery, ready to wear, small leather goods and scarves. Seems hard to stay connected with the SAs when I have to move around and talk to different people for different items. Also failed to get a leather good appointment after 60 attempts … (really frustrated) Is there any advice you may give me as I really hope to get a mini Kelly or birkin…?

My advice would be to concentrate your energies on your home store and building a relationship there.
Paris SA will have seen many people buying across all categories in the hope of being given a leather appointment.
I rather suspect that the money you have already spent in Paris and the items you purchased would have got you nearer to your goal in a store near where you live.
JMHO

When I was at FSH a few weeks ago the SA mentioned how they get 8000-9000 appointment request a day(and it can be higher) for about 300 appt slots between the three stores. I'm rounding, but you have about a 3%-4% chance of getting an appointment each time you try. It doesn't matter how many times you apply, you're working with the same percentage chance each time like everyone else.

I'm sure its been pointed out before but I felt the need to restate it again to help give perspective.
