Do you know if any of the exotics were B/K/Cs? I'm looking for an exotic Kelly Pochette and will be going to Paris in September
I know someone who got a green exotic B on Wednesday! Pochettes are extremely scarce right now. We asked on 3 diff days (also heard others ask) and there were none. There should be more in sept!

I applied twice without any luck so went in to check with them at FHS. At first they seemed busy but was able to squeeze me in. Asked for a pink Kelly in gold hardware but they only had a pink Kelly 28 with palladium hardware so they offered me that and another brown (don’t remember the name exactly) Kelly 28 with gold hardware.
Last year Aug I got a black Kelly danse and a Birkin 25 in an shade of blue.
would say Aug isn’t an bad month like most people thought
Congrats! May I ask if you purchased something else before asking for the K?

I might travel to Paris mid September for work if circumstances do not change. Since I love original Barenia fauve I wonder whether it is worth to drop by FSH? Given that I would have the time and also get one of the appointments, how likely is it to be offered a bag in Barenia (not Faubourg) - ideally B/K/C? Have any of you been offered Barenia bags in the past? Any pre-requisites? TIA

Just go and ask! I am not a barenia enthusiast myself, which has a very specific cognoscenti following. I can’t imagine many people ask for it so definitely worth a try.

Hello Ladies,

Going into Paris store this following week. I've never been a Birkin or Kelly girl however, I've always loved the Magnolia and Bubblegum Pink colors. What is the likelihood of these colors being offered to me. Feel free to chuckle at me. They are truly my favorite colors however, I don't even know if they are in production anymore.
Please Advise,

View attachment 5178842Ugh…not again…I am scheduled to go to Paris in November..but it looks like I may have to change my plans yet again.

Even if the EU recommends that, I believe countries have autonomy to make different arrangements, such as what Greece did last year. Fingers crossed since it feels like France has a good system going with the vaccine passports, required testing, and so on.

I’m going in September so here’s hoping for the both of us!!
Yes we are scheduled to fly to Paris September 16 for a month (rescheduled from last fall)...and have a house sitter living in our house while we're gone. Even if we can reschedule the flights and the apartment we are renting in the 6th, I've no idea what we'll do about the house sitter as she travels around the world housesitting and has no other accommodations. UGH! Hoping that proof of vaccination and a negative test will allow us to avoid a two week quarantine.

I am in the same situation, I am scheduled to get to Paris on September 19th, and return on the 25th. I hope things don't get totally upended. I have all my vaccine info too...

I have another question though, people used to talk about a lot of problems booking appointments with the online system if you have a phone from the US. Is that still the case, or has it been resolved?

Currently they are letting in vaccinated individuals from many countries (not just green ones) so let’s hope France stays the course!

and that we all get appointments!!

We’re scheduled to fly out on 9/4 to Europe. We have postponed this trip for 4 years for various reasons. My husband just told me about the EU decision. I just pray that rumors are correct and they’ll still let vaccinated people in.
