You can definitely buy two bags at the same appointment. Not sure you can buy 2 b or k at the same time but definitely a non quota bag and a quota bag if offered.

I had to choose between a B and a K last June but my SA told me that because I already purchased a B in march I could only pick one.

Thank you for you answer :)
I’ve been to Paris in June and got a Constance which isn’t considering as quota bag. Maybe considering how hard it is to get an appointment and the terrible situation in Paris maybe more relax.
I was more hopping birkin and mini Kelly.
I think it’s all about the SA some of them are more « friendly » and how know my drama from June will help

Hi,
Going to Paris next week from the US. I know it’s not the best time of the year to try to get a B, K, or C but wanted to see if others have been able to get a mini Lindy, mini Evelyne or Constance to go? Hopefully I can get a leather appt or else I’ll try walking in.

I personally don’t believe about the stock low in august, it’s more about the connection with your SA. We all know that they have stock in the back. Even if the boarder is open the restrictions in France are terrible. I personally would not travel to Paris right know couple of hours more then enough.

I would like to share a story that I found on YouTube if you are not treat correctly. A French woman purchase a birkin at FSH she was dreaming about a black but was offer a bright blue she bought it.. After a couple of days she realize it was a mistake. She went back ask for an exchange, the SA handle the situation pretty bad. Telling her she was already very lucky to be offered one that she should be happy with it. She didn’t offer her an other bag. She end up calling customer service and complain about it. She got a phone call of someone in charge of leather department from the boutique. Was able to go back pick up her first choose.

Not saying it is a trick to get your first chose but if you are treated badly don’t hesitate to reported it.

I am not talking about a big blogger and scared about publicity.

Some SA may be shady but it need to be reported. Not saying making a scandale because you were told no stock that is delicate.
We all know and feel when the people in front of you is impolite.
They might be tired of hearing peoples asking for those bags but at the end of the day they are lucky of being working for a prestigious house as Hermès.

Me and my husband are planning a trip to Paris for November. it seemed like a great time to get into all the museums without the long waits. I have only gotten a bag once at FSH (an Evelyne). It was either bought with my husbands passport or mine. Does anyone have any ideas about how much inventory the stores have during that time of year? More importantly, what the likelihood of an appointment would be that time of year. Lastly, when it's not crowded do they accept walkins for bags?

Hi! Welcome to TPF! Bag inventory in November is usually quite good. Appointments are completely random and done by a lottery of sorts so it's impossible to predict the likelihood of obtaining an appointment at that time; just keep trying and hopefully, you will get lucky! Some members have had luck in getting a bag without an appointment if they connected with someone willing to help in the store, but it is far more common to need an appointment. Remember to enjoy all that Paris has to offer and don't let obtaining a bag consume too much of your time there! Lots of luck to you! :)

Hi all. I was able to score 2 birkins and a Kelly as a walk in 2016-2018ish (I know, super lucky). I was just in Paris and tried to make an appointment for 5 days straight with no luck.

Does anyone know if there’s a way for me to figure out which SAs previously helped me? I have a fairly decent purchase history aside from bags (home goods, SLGs), but I’ve always just went to random SAs. I’ll be back in Paris in a couple months and hoping to try emailing an SA to get an appointment if that’s possible. Maybe I should just try emailing the store?

Thank you for the advice, I plan on enjoying Paris either way. But, coming home with a new bag would add to the magic for sure

The SA who helped you for that particular visit has their code on your receipts. However I am not sure how you would contact an SA for an appointment if you do not have their full names or email address and they do not have you as a regular client at present. I am also not sure which SAs are allowed to take appointments via email. Some are able to, but I think not all.
At the moment you may have to try the online appointment system as emailing the store won’t really help.

Has anyone been offered two Birkins or two Kelly’s in one go? I will be travelling with my sister and I am wondering if for example if it was my appointment but I was offered two Birkins or two Kelly’s could I buy one with my account and my sister bought the other under her account? Or is the name the appointment is under only allowed to purchase?

The appointment is for the person who registered for that appointment. So even if you were offered two b or k, your sister likely won’t be able to buy the other. Usually the SA only brings one b or k out at a time. If you reject, they look for another one for you but the previous offered one won’t be available anymore (this is for FSH appt).

For those who have been able to get bags in paris. Do you tell your home SA you got something in Paris? Usually the advice is to stay loyal to one store one SA but obviously if you can get a bag you GET the bag. Lol.
my last SA would always encourage me to get what I can while traveling because she knew she wasn’t able to get stock in the store. Assuming it’s the basic understanding.

I arrived in Paris, this morning from the US. Let me say I have no history in Paris. I have an Evelyne and a K35 which I have bought preloved. I have a couple of belts and scarves and perfume all bought online as I don’t have a store in my state. I applied yesterday for an appointment for today on both my husband and my passport. Both declined yesterday evening. As we landed this morning we applied again. We are staying in the Sofihotel on Faubourg. As the driver approached the hotel my husband pointed out the store at the end of the street. It was quiet at 10:40 am. We check in and we quickly freshen up. I ask him if I should see if they have any cancellations we are here for 3 nights before going to Ireland and then coming back for another 3 nights before heading home.
I go inside and I ask about the process and there is a lady whom is not pleasant. I ask if I can see if there are any cancellations. She directs me to the leather section and I meet this young lady and ask her. She asks me what I would be looking for and I say a Constance. She speaks with this other lady and they both approach me and the lady starts to speak me. I tell her I would like a Constance and she tells me she has a few and to follow her. She takes myself and my husband upstairs and we sit and chat. She’s super friendly and asks us about ourselves. We are originally from Ireland living in US 10 years. Then she said what colors & leathers I would like. Then she said would I wish for anything else? I said I would love a birkin 25 or 30 but I know I can only dream and I know there is probably nothing available. She asks colors I would prefer I say gold would be my dream then black.

She says ok let me see what we have. She takes us upstairs to a quiet part of the store. She has two boxes. The first is a Constance in a light blue grey color. It’s pretty but I’m curious about the other box. She tells me to close my eyes and when I look it’s a B25 in Gold clemence leather with gold hardware. I’m jet lagged and shocked still. I will post a photo when I get back to open it. There are purses available! I guess I was just extremely lucky. Excuse any bad grammar or spelling I’m seriously tired!

Wow what an amazing story! Cannot wait to see pics. Huge congrats!

Was offered this beauty in Paris and end up taking it after much contemplation! Kelly 28 Toile H (Sésame). Stock is low in Paris in August but doesn’t mean there’s no handbag available, just very limited  if you are making a trip to Paris in hope to score the perfect bag, go near holiday season for better selection (Nov/Dec).
