I’m on my 10th attempt tonight and I doubt tonight will be the night. I don’t have purchase history in Paris and I guess that’s why. 10 attempts! Can’t try any more for a while now as too busy.
WOW that's my fear but I have history and my SA always gave me an apt now 5 emails later answer is the same link to apt. She gave me my first SO can't believe now email appointment only

Yeah it’s actually ridiculous. I have a significant history in my home store, just not the Paris one. Oh well... I don’t think they offer appointments to people without prior Paris history. If someone has an exception to this rule, I’d be interested to know. Best of luck to everyone ❤️

That's interesting At home I dont bother at all only small stuff. Why U go to Paris ive always gotten stuff why I was interested to decide with this email appointment. If I went how many days. But also just the covid restrictions as nobody seems to know for sure from CANDA

Yeah I wouldn’t go for this only to be honest... I have much better luck at home boutique. Wishing you luck ❤️

So while I guess we won't know for sure, wanted to chip in here as I read many times that there is some logic to not granting appts 10x in a row (or 5 or 2 etc).
I'm a statistician so approaching this from a probability perspective. If every day 4000 ppl applies for 80 spots (it was mentioned in this topic a few days ago), probability of getting an appointment on a given day is 0.02, while not getting it 0.98. It's not inconceivable that one might not get an appointment even after 10 days in a row (according to the third of the calculators on this page it's 82% chance). Of course I don't know whether there is a factor of previous spend or if one tried x times then gets it etc. - I assume independence of daily tries and it's very simplified analysis. Just wanted to share some food for thought. Unfortunately it's a very low SA availability that makes this so difficult.

Interesting, thanks for the input. I’m not too concerned, just trying on the off chance. I live in Europe, it’s not a big deal. for me to go, and I enjoy my home boutique experience. I am just saying I wouldn’t plan a holiday with this in mind and I had no idea appointments were so rare. Quite a few people I know have gotten them. We will never know how it all works and as with all things Hermes it’s best not to take it all too setiously.

I'm going to apply for one appointment only for Thursday, guess the chance is close to 0. But ppl win lottery so still hope ;) I also live in Europe and we even have a 6.45am flight landing around 9am in CDG but my husband would think I'm insane to do it ;-)
