Hello sorry to be a bother. I bought a "weird" Hermes Good News i.e. it has no heat stamp. And I know lots of you will say that's a fake! But I had it personally authenticated. It was really legit. My question is does this have value still? One person who sells bags told me it has no value even with the authentications cause it probably was either restored or frankensteined by some leather genius.
Is there a particular type of bangle that you're keen on?

Hi all! Not exactly sure where to post this, so my apologies if this wasn’t right.
I recently bought an older Picotin in Rose Sakura from a Japanese reseller. Upon receipt, I noticed the interior is not the raw side of the leather in rose Sakura, but rather what looks like a very dirty grey-beige (found an example; not mine but looks just like this). This is on me for not doing enough due diligence but I don’t think the pictures online made the interior color obvious (the listing is now gone) The bottom of the interior is rose Sakura, as expected. It’s just the interior sides.
Since the bag is a T stamp, I wonder if it was made differently or perhaps a verso? But the inside is kind of a terrible color, to be honest. The exterior looks fantastic. The handles are also all in rose Sakura; I’ve seen versos where the back of the handle is a different color as well.
I probably don’t have much recourse here as it’s my fault for not doing more research, but curious if anyone has advice on the best way to find information on older bags? I suppose I could BBBB this but curious if there’s any other info available out there apart from an authentication service (which I probably need to do anyway).

I think the B40 is still offered but stores do not get much of them. My SA said they have not seen one in a few years.
Your expectations may be a bit over the top. That being said, if it bothers you, return it and next time check EVERYTHING with a fine tooth comb before going to the cash register.
