COACH Hall of Shame - Post Coach fakes here!

I wouldn't touch ANYTHING from that seller with a 50-foot pole! She's one of the most infamous fakes sellers and none of her descriptions can be trusted. For someone who sells (or sold) residential real estate for at least one of the big names in the business she's someone I'd never buy a house from either, she'd probably "forget" to tell you about the lovely asbestos insulation behind that pretty wallpaper.

" collectibleonceloved " has 2 pages of posts here about her shady selling methods. She's gone through several IDs since we first came across her scamming an inexperienced Ebayer with one of those "lot" listings for a large number of bags including a half dozen dozen or so "Coaches" out of which more than half were fakes and then refusing to refund the buyer because the buyer had already sold one of the bags.

Just one example:

"IMPORTANT (but not surprising) NOTE:
collectibleonceloved is the same person (latest ID) of botticelli4grace aka absolutelybetterpursedeals ..."

Searching tPF for her previous ID "BOTTICELLI4GRACE" brings up SIX more pages of posts:

Here's just one, it goes into some detail about the seller's original scam:
and from the day before:
including my personal comment from June 14, 2013:
"I'm going to do what I don't often do and state my own personal decision to never authenticate ANY item listed by BOTTICELLI4GRACE - unless of course it's fake, since I don't want to give anything even slightly resembling any kind of recommendation for this seller. I don't often use words like "despicable" but I'm strongly tempted."

She also sells or has sold on other websites, read the post(s) in both tPF Search links. NOT RECOMMENDED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. She's one of my personal "RLH ('Run Like Hell'), sellers", with heartfelt apologies to Pink Floyd.

JUST TO CLARIFY - the bag isn't described correctly, but I don't believe it should be reported to Ebay. In line with what I posted a few paragraphs above this, I will NOT authenticate any of that seller's items. But I want the seller's history to be available and searchable.

And one last (maybe!) comment about the above, before my blood pressure goes completely off the chart...

"...The thing that really ticks me off is that (in my opinion), the seller, botticelli4grace knows Coach, knows which pictures are necessary for authentication purposes and in her listings for other authentic items, she has clear and definitive pictures showing the necessary details to prove authenticity.

The fact that her pictures in this listing showed no hardware, no creeds and not even any pictures showing the full bags told me that she was clearly attempting to hide the fact that items were fake. There are minimal descriptions and no serial numbers..."

but in that CURRENT listing being discussed she posts TWICE with the serial number M20-9790 right in front of her nose:

Year Manufactured: UNKNOWN

2002 or 1992 not sure

So, nine years later and heaven knows how many "Coaches", real and fake, she's listed and sold, she still has either never bothered to learn how to read a damned Coach serial number, or, because she doesn't apparently care if her descriptions are right or her items are genuine, it's just not important.

OK, rant over. Karma, it's your turn.

I did a search for her on tPF before posting her latest shenanigans and saw that she has a "name". I was not going to purchase anything from her after I saw the discrepancy in her posting.

That's the smart thing to do. It gets more complicated when some shady sellers use multiple IDs but your question gave me a chance to make sure that information about both her current and past Ebay IDs was available here to search. It amazes me that she's still doing business on Ebay.

Please remember though, to get a firm authentication at the Authenticate This Coach thread if you're not sure before you post here in the Hall Of Shame thread. We always want to be sure that any item mentioned here deserves to be reported.

Etsy - since taken down, I did report it. The clasp and serial number were wrong.

Vintage Coach Black Leather Crossbody Bag W/ Flap No. L4C-5130
@ UrVintageStory

Good for Etsy. I reported that one, too.
Interestingly, Ebay seller urvintagestory also had the same fake reported and removed from ebay on May 26.

Knowing it's fake after having been removed, the same seller on Etsy, UrVintageStory chose not to end the listing on Etsy for another 2.5 weeks.

I don't think Etsy removes listings. I think the seller ended it knowing she'd already been caught by Ebay.

seller (Mercari)
Emmascloset
Mercari refuses to take this incredibly obvious fake down despite it being reported more than once:

seller: @emmascloset

The seller changed the listing name to Patricia from Willis, but the photo of the creed is still 9927
Oh haha, I just posted this one here, I hadn’t seen yours!
2 weeks later and Mercari still hasn't taken down Emmascloset's fake.

It took several days but finally, daito-ke20190911 's fakes were removed.

But surprise, surprise! They've been relisted by several other Japanese sellers.

Seller daito.jk19781118!

Seller onepiece0811:

Seller dtjk2034

A search of the forum for multiple IDs (including the 3 above which include 3 of the 4 being reported today) shows that Japanese sellers think they're immune from the consequences of listing and the removals of fakes.

Today I have 3 different IDs selling the same fake Korean-made item and IIRC, it's been reported and removed in the past.

seller #1: daito-ke20190911

Seller #2: onepiece0811

Seller #3: dtjk2034

Seller #4: daito.jk19781118

Wow! This seller has a long TPF history of Hall of Shame posts as well as fakes in the authentication thread.

And more:
Seller trunkofjewels

And the prices! :( So many buyers are being scammed.)

^^^^ Those fakes are just the first 2 pages of her Coach listings. I didn't go through all.

And sold:

Refund given to buyer for non-authenticity (according to the feedback left by buyer):

DO NOT BUY FROM ETSY SELLER trunkofjewels.

Hey! @Hyacinth! You'll love this one even though it's not Coach or Foach! Check out the "creed"
