I imagine you are right. It makes no sense though, surely they would get far more sales if they only bothered to make a couple of phone calls. Very strange :confused1:

Just been to Selfridges tonight to pick up my wallet on a chain!! Hurrah, it has finally come in!! Yay!

An update - they had a few reissues in today. I think a metallic black with g/h and a dark silver very small flap (mini flap?).

There was some nice new jewellery too - necklaces and earrings - and some gorgeous jersey grey boots (which are on the cruise collection on the website) They are TDF! £400 pounds though and they are a very light grey jersey, so prob not much use in rainy north of england.

This is the third time I have bought something from Manchester chanel. Every time I buy something, they go into the back to package it and I end up waiting for about what seems like 10 mins or so....... what on earth goes on in that back of the shop????? Surely it doesnt take that long to put the bag in a box and put a ribbon on........ is it a ploy to make you look round the shop and see other things you want to buy????? Because that's what keeps happening everytime to me..... I am now on a ban!!

^I know what u mean about the waiting for packing I am just hangin' around for them to pack my purchase with ribbons tied all over the box- which I am just going to open as soon as I get home. I just dont understand why it takes soo long for them to wrap up my purchase!

called them brendating, they deny ever having it :(

im so upset, as I went in before xmas to get on the wait list and they said they were not going to be carrying it. They told me on the phone they only have the mini size in stock which is 1100 pounds.

Today it was a call from harrods but I am guessing NVchampagne bought that one?! Lucky girl! And thursday morning, sloane called me too about the 227 purple which was sold right away to someone else as soon as I said no...:confused1:

Is that PINK FLAP still in Manchester?! Aww I really want to see it in person but I am not going to Chanel tomorrow (for once!!), I have been there 3 weeks in a row and I think that is enough until the navy reissue arrives!! :graucho:

I would have thought someone would have got it by now! I originally waitlisted for this and I cancelled on them...my heart is set elsewhere...:p

Hi Brendating.. I went there around 4 pm yesterday to check for jumbo caviar in black with silver chain, but it did not arrive yet. :tdown: So I spent time almost half an hour there looking for new sunglasses, finally I got one :supacool:.. During that, Nobody came to check that pink flap. Maybe it's waiting for you. :love:
