Errr uh oh - which necklace are you referring to? I recently bought the timeless pearls and havent worn them yet.... hope that doesnt happen to mine!

Okay off of that topic...does the Manchester Chanel branch receive their stock more quickly than the Chanels in London?I remember the Manchester branch got their light silver reissue about a week or so before any reissues arrived in London.Now brendating is saying there's the navy 227 in Manchester and there's no sign at all for the London boutiques :confused1:...I could seriously die from the wait!!!!!!!!!!!!

necklace is f/w bought 11 jan. Is pearls, grey glass beads and black beads interspaced with 2 small gold cc charms and 2 of each of the charms on the classic charm bag- clover, flowers etc all set with small pearls and clear crystals. Was GBP690 so not good...

OMG, I lurve that necklace!!!!! My mum tried that one on and we both fell in love with it then she gingerly had to put it down when we learnt the price! LOL.

It is a gorgeous necklace, I am very jealous! But I would be so mad if pearls had fallen off with one wear.... would they only offer repair, no replace? That's not good, when you have paid all that money!! :sad:

I hope they were very apologetic to you

They only had 1 and no other necklaces I wanted to replace with. In fact the selection was pretty poor. They were awaiting the s/s though I guess. Hopefully a better choice then!

Oh no, nightmare. Well, I wish you luck and hope it doesnt take longer than 6-8 weeks to fix. It is a beautiful necklace though, if you decide to keep it.:tup:

Nipped in today and the navy is still there. The new s/s are also in - attached pics of the navy and the white and black perforated leather classics. Sorry the pics are so bad- i had to snap them when no one was there rather quickly as i know sometimes they are funny about all that. They look gorgeous! Also have a catalogue - just ticking off what i want! they also have the fringed one in red (got my black one last week). I debated it but decided black would go with more....now i am thinking maybe red would be good!

How did you guess!!? You know what I am soooooo knackered today, felt like I was dreaming all day, I went to bed at 6am yesterday as I was online all night and kept pushing the clothes washing later and later...I ended up hanging them all at 4.30am! :push:

That's what you get for spending all night glued to tpf Chanel!! *Sigh* :sad: I am still waiting for calls...no one wants to call me! :crybaby:

I hope the weather takes a turn for the better so you can carry it without worry. That bag needs to be out and about! As I am writing this the gales are blowing against my non double glazed windows and acutally creating a not so refreshing breeze through my bedroom:laugh:
