And the SAs aren’t exactly hurting for customers these days, from what I’ve heard, they are annoyed by these random referrals and the pressure that ensues. I couldn't have said this better myself...especially the STRANGERS that ask. Um, hi...have we met? Who are you? :shocked:
A close friend that you know well, ok, sure...but I think I'd only give a name, and ONLY if my SA OK'd it first. No number...no email. And I think most would prefer to meet new clients organically, right?

I suppose I could call the store - but I am avoiding getting told no: I purchased a bracelet in Strasbourg two weeks ago. Now I’m back home in the US, tried it on and realized I should’ve purchased the GM size. Is it possible to exchange an item purchased in Europe in the US? It’s of course unworn, with everything still intact. I would love to get myself the exact item (color, style, hardware) in the larger size. Is that within policy? Has anyone done this? If possible, I would be going to the SF store. Thanks

I am interested in a barenia bolide (mini, 1923 25 or 27) and thinking about telling my SA it's something I want. I am still pretty new to Hermes (spent about 8000 now) so I am not sure if it's too much to ask for as I presume one is quite difficult to come by?
Anyone have any thoughts on this?
Obviously it's not a quota bag but ultimately I would like to get a Kelly or Birkin next summer when I reach the 1 to 1 ratio. Would my request of a bolide jeopardize my quota bag offer?

I asked for a Bolide 27 upfront when I first went into Hermes. It took 6 months but I got it. My SA is really sweet.

Smooth Barenia or Barenia Faubourg? I haven't seen either around recently in a Bolide, but I don't think a Bolide is something that will get in the way of a Kelly or Birkin. Original Barenia will be push offer if it exists, but that doesn't necessarily mean it'll affect your ability to get a "quota" bag.

Thank you I have seen some posting on social media but I am certain that a barenia one will be difficult to come by... I might as well just put it out there next time I see my SA so she can keep an eye out for me since it's gonna be rare and may take months if not years to get one. Thanks!

It's worth asking, you never know! Plus, I actually don't think that many people outside of this forum appreciate barenia.

I bought a 35 in the US in late 2019 so they are still being made but with the supply disruptions due to Covid, it’s hard to say what’s available these days. The few times I’ve been in the store since the start of the pandemic I’ve only seen 31 and smaller. It’s probably best to ask your SA about current 35 availability.
