Now that I’m in France I can apply for an appointment.

Went to Sevres today. A bit crowded but then it emptied out after lunch. I didn’t ask about a leather goods appointment since I just arrived and I’m still a bit jet lagged. I was looking for the Clair de Lune shawl in black but not in stock. Tried on a few of the other colors which did not work for me. Ended up with Libre Comme Pegasus shawl in black and love the red border.

Also had a nice break with tea, hummus and guacamole.

Hi everyone, did any of you experienced being ghosted by your SA at the very last minute?

My SA responded to me over a month ago to email her earlier this month to schedule for end of Nov leather appointment. I emailed her just 2 weeks ago with a follow up email last week but received no reply until now.

Am now getting quite worried as I have no idea what happened. :(

Are they blocking appointments if you aren’t in France yet? I was hoping to apply the day before arriving this trip. 😕

FR Hermes has said that it’s a temporary block due to refreshing or visiting the page too many times and it should clear itself after 24 hours.

In the past, I’ve been able to apply outside of France.

Same thing happened to me and I have shopped A LOT at FSH over the past 5 years! Said she was available and then never responded to my emails

no more rejection mail. After applying for a leather appointment, you'll get a mail to confirm your e-mail and that is it. You'll only get a confirmation if you're scheduled for an appointment.

Hi I have heard so many stories that If your husband or boyfriend walk in you sometimes get lucky and they are offered a quota bag. Who makes that decision the SA or or the SM? I am hoping to try my luck by sending my husband if he agrees :)

Stories like these are anecdotal and what it really comes down to is luck. It never hurts to try but keep expectations low.
