If it is on the French website (in your size) you can order it to be delivered to one of the 3 Parisian stores, and pick it up when you get there. They hold for 21 days. I assume if it doesn't fit, or you don't like it, you can then return it there. Hope this helps!

Good news from Paris! I got a leather appointment on my second visit to Paris. I think this was my 6th attempt at an appointment in total and I always selected no preference on the store. I got only a email confirming my appointment around 8:15pm at FSH. I never got a text. I had a very small purchase history from my first visit to Paris, but nothing this visit.

The appointment was mid afternoon and moved around during the day but only by 5 or 10 minutes. In the hour before my appointment, it started getting pushed later and ultimately it was pushed about 40 minutes later. I took this as a good sign since it seems like there is a trend of pushing appointments earlier if there are no bags. In any event, I arrived about 25 minutes early for my appointment and was seen immediately. I was so excited for my appointment and my SA could tell. The SA was super nice from the start of my appointment and we took a few minutes to get to know each other before talking bags. I asked for a Birkin 25 or 30 in gold or noir Togo. She asked if I had any other bags I was interested in and I said no that I was there hoping for an iconic bag but that I understood they were hard to come by. I waited for about 20 minutes while my SA went to check stock before I was offered (and accepted) a Birkin 30 in noir. I can’t believe my luck!

Hi I am in USA. I am trying to access the online for just checking the leather appointment website , but it doesn’t work. It has never happened. Is that something changed like not accessible from abroad?

I am having the same issue trying to apply from the US for a Monday appointment. I tried another browser and another device but still the same message. Perhaps the system is down today? Or I believe it’s a holiday in France today Armistice Day? Hoping it gets fixed soon!

Another good news story from Paris today! I popped into FSH this morning and enquired about a mini evelyne and told there were no appts but to stop by again this afternoon in case there were cancellations. I went back and the same guy was on the desk. I reminded him that I’d spoken to him earlier and he took my name and sent someone over to me! I was shown the bag in both colours I requested and went for the orange 😊 I scored a Birkin there back in April so am feeling very lucky!

The SA who served me was actually on the SLG desk, but told me that she could help with mini Evelynes, so it could be the case with other small bags, too? It may be common knowledge but I thought i’d share this little nugget of info anyway!

If you know exactly what you want and it's available, you can order online or by phone and have it waiting for you (online orders have a dedicated pick-up spot at FSH and Sevres, which is the fastest possible way in and out, or you can ask any SA to help).
