Let's just say I have been a customer at FSH for about 17 years now. Definitely not been an SA before, although it would be, interesting. :smile:
@periogirl28 you are definitely probably a vip but humble and lovely ❤️

DH and I had a nice visit to fsh (still a bit chaotic, though not as bad as usual). Picked up some fun items, but not such great offers on the leather front 😅

Not at all, don’t worry and thank you for your kindness! I’m happy for you you got great offers 🥰 Unfortunately they didn’t have the color combo I was hoping for and one option was something I already had, but grateful they were able to accommodate and help us with some other items that are harder to find back home.
 
It is really saddening. I think my SA in Paris has decided to ghost me at the very last minute after I have booked all my flights and accommodation to Paris cos of this.

I don’t know what to do now. :’(

If any of you have any advice as to what I should do, that would be greatly appreciated.

Typically when Hermes SAs don’t reply, that means “no”. I would not have booked specific tickets for this without confirmation first. I gues the best you can do is go to the store and ask for the SA and see what they say.

I understand. We genuinely didn’t know as our SA actually confirmed with us last month and said to contact him/her early this month to schedule in an appointment with him/her. And we had past correspondences with our SA as well.

But all of a sudden, there’s no response now so we really didn’t expect that at all.

I wouldn't worry too much. My Paris SAs haven't responded this month either, so maybe they are busy or something else is going on...like trying to get new first-time sales. I'm trying to keep a positive mindset, and hoping they'll circle back around. If I dont hear something by Thanksgiving, I'll reach out again.

Maybe your sa just went on vacay. Try calling the boutique and ask for his schedule?

I don't think it was preemptive to book flights and accommodation if you did get one confirmation from your SA earlier. May I ask, what did your SA actually say then?
Let's hope it's just some communication problem with the email or WhatsApp, or he/she has been on leave. Otherwise I guess you can try both enquiring on arrival or trying to book online appointments before you arrive. One my of FJ SAs told me her work WhatsApp number was not working for a bit. Good luck.

How long will you be in Paris? Perhaps maybe as soon as you get there, go to the store and show them your email and explain the situation. Maybe some of your email may have landed in your SA's spam? Perhaps once they see the email from your SA saying he/she was looking forward to seeing you, they may be able to accommodate you even if your SA is on vacation. Best of luck.

I will be in Paris for a few days. Will definitely go to the store and show proof of email correspondence to see if they could possibly help me this time. Also, the main reason why I wanted to schedule a leather appt with my SA this time is to get a present to commemorate and celebrate a really big milestone in my life this year.

And thank you for your advise and also will really need all the luck I could get. Keeping fingers crossed. <3
