I was able to get a k25 earlier this year . But I am one of the tourist regulars as you mentioned and have been shopping in Paris for five years .

Well….the law of attraction worked!!! DH surprised me with a leather appointment on our first trip to pariii and I got a B25 in my favorite shade vert comics!!!!!!

For those of you who’s been to the Paris stores recently, is Calvi cardholder available in store?

And have you seen any sterling silver Chaine d'ancre rings (small) in store?

Asking because I realised that for some items (like certain scarf) they only offer it online and not in store.

For items such as scarves, RTW, homeware, and certain SLGs, you can ask Customer Service (online or call) and they will check store stock for you. This doesn’t apply to bags, shoes or jewellery though.

Arrived in Paris and visited the George V boutique left after 10 min. DH didn’t liked the vibe. Not that crowded and perfect for shopping SA’s were available but none was willing to help. So decided to walk back to our hotel as it is across the street from FSH

Go to the Hermes France website, pick a product, and there should be a chat bubble near the bottom right of the screen. Click on it and a customer service agent will join the chat and help you check the store stock (for applicable product categories). They can tell you which store has what item, though of course there's no guarantee that the item will still be available when you get to the store, and sometimes the inventory system might not be accurate (oh the joys of H!). Still worth checking so you can plan your visits. They used to be able to reserve the items as well but alas no longer.

Situation:

My best friend and I are traveling to Paris first week of December for a few days.
In advance of our travel, we each placed an online order for personalized Calvi card holder for pick up at Sevre store.
The card holders are ready, we received an email stating the order was ready, and a reminder email stating that "Your order will remain available in store for 4 days."
We don't travel for another 7 weeks and our first email submission to H.com went unanswered, so the next step is to figure out a way to reach out to Sevre store leather/online pick up to hold the items until we can be there.

Can anyone provide any help/comments to reach out to Sevre store team?

Call them and let them know when you will pick up the items. It will be fine.

I had a lovely encounter at the FSH after leaving the George V store. The one SA got me the Kelly Belt I was looking for and the other a bracelet in the exact combination I’d ask for. And I am sure I could have had a bag offer. The third SA was the one who was in charge of the bag appointments. This SA asked me my email to send me an confirmation mail but because of another client who was eavesdropping demanded she was the one who should get a bag because she was there before I’d arrived. So I said loudly that it was okay that there were no B/K stock. I was told by the SA who helped me to come back again this week but in the morning instead of the afternoon. She gave me her card. And the SA in charge of all the bag appointments look at me and wanted to approach but everyone seemed to jump on him. So maybe I will walk in again but I know again why I’d avoided Hermes in Paris.

Good to know. Your profile in Paris is different from the one you have with your homestore. I had to make a new profile for Paris. They can see if QB have been sold.
