I am by no means a big spender, but my FSH SA from another department got me my QB. She still got it pre-approved by her department head, but it did happen by her. She was fairly senior and very tenured so maybe that’s the key.

I got a lottery appointment there in September and was able to get a 32 Kelly. Very nice shopping experience. Good luck!

Maybe it is not destined to be that you are spending your money at Hermes Paris this trip.

On the more serious note. Sorry to hear. Hope you enjoyed your stay in Paris though? I heard the weather was lovely and it is turning around from this weekend on.

Has been happening to me too for the last 2 months, so I took a 3 weeks break not applying. Just applied this morning and it’s the same no email with confirmation link, so I wonder how one is meant to complete the request.

In Paris now and this kept happening to me. I was able to walk into the store and was explained the following


If you have other Hermes links open on your browser you should close them

Gmail emails work best

Maybe try a different browser - like if you’re using safari try google chrome

Thank you for your reply. I contacted the service desk and there was a swift reply explaining to me it could’ve been my browser. I will try again on Monday and see how it works out. And if not I will just walk in on a rainy day

I never did win the lottery ever either whenever I am in Paris hehe.. just never my type of luck! But many times I saw people who got in via the lottery also didn’t get QB type bags.

Mainly were served Picotins, Garden Party or Eves.

I did see some folks manage to get K25 thru shopping and somehow seem really happy and might be “tourist regulars”.
