Thanks to all the great advice on this board I had another wonderful trip to paris and didn’t get an appointment (in total 7 times this year and 9 last yesr)but got a halzan based on my shopping and request with h sevres sa. I did visit fsh a few times and while it was better than the weekend majority of the sas were quite uptight while sevres ones were so pleasant. I know this appointment thing is suppose to be fair but feel the whole experience is disheartening and wish H could find another way of executing this-maybe by requiring people to assign their top 3 bag choices then assigning appointments based on that availability.

On a positive note I enjoyed paris quite a bit even with the heat and used this opportunity to see other parts of Paris though the next time will try to come back in the spring.

They cant do that because everything is always available ! When they say « Sorry we dont have stock » it’s « sorry we dont have stock *for you* today » or « sorry I already sold all my assigned QB for the day … »

I guess what I am suggesting is to separate out the appointments from those asking for quota bags, those with specific bags and those interested in exotics. The sa who helped me with my halzan asked me to get in touch next time i visit and gave me her card.

Yes, I just flew through this terminal for the first time a few weeks ago and was beyond DISAPPOINTED.
Flying air france 2e today i ended up visiting two h stores- m and k pier because our flight changed piers. The m store had nothing for sale and k had two wallets- constance slim and roulis slim in lipstick pink and pale mauve. Both stores were filled with amazing display bags- kelly to go in gold, constance to go in nata and constance 18 in limoncello.
 
Thank you all for advices. I’m just not sure if shoes will fit. Because I have a couple Hermes shoes and they all in same 38 size, but when I tried orans, those were too loose in my usual size. I don’t know French to check French website return policy, but US policy for returning a pick up at store online order is only for store credit. So if I order and size won’t fit me, I will have to find other goods that I want to get instead for same amount? I’m not sure they will get items that I want. I know €1500 is not big amount considering Hermes prices, but if I spend €1500 on shoes I want to really love and wear the stuff I buy and not just because it’s Hermes
I ordered a hat online and had it picked up at FSH couple month ago. Unfortunately, the hat was too small for me. I was able to get a full refund to my credit card from FSH. I also bought something while I was there. But strangely, the cashier want to do them in 2 separate transactions inside of just net it out and ask me to pay for the difference.

I just tried to fill out the online form for a lottery appointment on Hermes website. After I fill all the fields and click submit, I redirect to the same page that was initially on. No confirmation, no message that my form has been submitted, not an email, not a text message saying I applied. Is it normal? I tried to use different browsers and still same. When I open website on my laptop it says website can be accessed on phones only

yes the request can only be done on mobile phone or ipad
and you cannot do it on your PC / desktop

But is there supposed to be a message displayed that I successfully submitted form or anything like email saying that they received my entry? or is it normal that after submitting the page just refreshed without any confirmation message?
