I will leave this reminder as a sticky because tthis is often a thread that new members (or new Hermès lovers) post on - hopefully temporarily.

I just tried to fill out the online form for a lottery appointment on Hermes website. After I fill all the fields and click submit, I redirect to the same page that was initially on. No confirmation, no message that my form has been submitted, not an email, not a text message saying I applied. Is it normal? I tried to use different browsers and still same. When I open website on my laptop it says website can be accessed on phones only
I found that when I applied (on phone) I usually went through a “server verification” process which brought up the blank application fields again (yes, it seemed stupid, but you know…). Try filling them out a second time - hopefully you’ll end up with a confirmation screen and email. And then when you get an email, it’s important to click to confirm as noted by @masschaoz HTH

Does anyone know why when applying for the lottery online appointment it keeps saying Blocked?? Tried using different email
Thanks
Did you try using a different browser on your phone? Also, make sure you're not using a private browsing window. H wants to track your activity. My friend had issues applying for appts recently b/c she was using a private browsing window. HTH.

Technology is not my friend today lol
Oh man! I'm so sorry. I know how frustrating this can be. I wonder if you can go into one of the H boutiques and ask someone about it. Do you by chance have an iphone? Are you up to date on the software updates? If you're not up to date, sometimes that causes problems too.

I have a Samsung and I'm pretty sure I'm up to date with my software , Hopefully tomorrow I can speak to someone and explain its not working. If I didn't get an appointment that's fine but to not even be able to apply properly is a nightmare! I'm not after a QB Im after a mini evelyn.

Maybe try calling their customer service number? Some people here have done that and were able to get help identifying the problem. Also definitely try your luck as a walk in as often as you can. Good luck!

I found it helps not ask on a weekend for a walk in and chat with a sa you are spending with if you have a connection from my experience.

They can tell you at the appointment desk if your application went through. That is probably your best bet for getting a walk-in, too. Good luck!

Same. I couldn’t apply using Wi-Fi for some reason. When I turned off Wi-Fi and used roaming cellular I was able to apply but some email didn’t receive any confirmation ( I have 4 passports among my husband and myself with different citizenship to apply) and I haven’t received email confirmation when I tried different emails. Also I when I was able to register and receive confirmation for some entries, I haven’t received rejection notification. I guess I was just maybe black listed because I tried same passport with different email because for some reason I didn’t receive confirmation for certain emails

Went to FSH and shopped at Duty Free at CDG last week.

I was at FSH on Monday afternoon after Jane Birkin passed. It was busy and the 2nd floor had a giant queue. We walked up to the third floor and went to after care to get an extra hole added to my belt. It was lovely and sane back there; while we were waiting we had some Perrier and visited the Chaine d’Ancre under the Waves exhibit.

My friend bought a scarf and scarf ring. She was looking at a Mors and the SA wasn’t very interested in helping her learn to use it so I showed her a few knots but she bought an easier one to use and will practice with mine first.

I was stalking a Calvi Duo to no avail, but I managed to get one at the airport. That was an easy breezy experience; I walked in, asked for what I wanted and they had it. Super happy!

Here’s a few shots of the Chaine d’Andre exhibit.
