To answer the Schengen Visa question, no, I don’t know why this would make a difference? As long as the name of the person for the appointment matches both the ID and the credit card, you’re good to go!

I may be mistaken but are you asking about the Schengen Visa regarding eligibility for VAT refund?

In my experience earlier this month. My husband got an appointment and I was able to pay using my card. You’d just need to be there with him and bring the passport that won the appointment.

I was in Paris for 5 days last week. I applied online 3 times and never got an appointment. I would have loved a Kelly, but it was not meant to be. I had a fabulous time in Paris and bought a bag from Celine instead. The end. :smile:

Make sure you allow plenty of time for browsing without adding extra stress to the people who are working there. It’s always a bonus if we try to appear sane! Please go and enjoy your trip and if the bag comes, it comes!
Covid taught us one thing- don’t take life for granted. A bag is a bag ❤️ and paris is beautiful this time of the year- please savor it
I went with this philosophy in December and came home with a kelly! SAs can sense desperation and like any sales person will take advantage.

Agree! The times that I was offered bags were the times that I didn't expect to get one. And when I pushed really hard to get one before, I just never got one! So just be polite, ask, and enjoy the trip. Do not expect to get a bag so that you don't get frustrated and it doesn't ruin your vacation!
