Sorry I’m not sure I understand, why is it buyers remorse? The purpose for the return in this scenario is only to get tax refund, but I plan on keeping the items (especially since, like you said, you often cannot find the same items in the stores).

I am asking if it will detract from one’s store profile (as I hear it is viewed as such in the US) because I have a new SA relationship at FSH and don’t want them to be upset if I am purchasing items online that I cannot find in store.

The ideal situation — and what I am hoping to confirm — is whether doing so will build my Paris profile positively because it shows I am purchasing items I love

ATM, online purchases are on a different account. Returning anything goes on your record as returns.

FSH only care about FSH. Go there first if you want to build a profile. If you can't find whatever, then purchase online.

I really hope everyone gets such a nice experience!

An Hermès bag was supposed to be my "push" present so I had a wishlist in London but our son passed and the wish expired. Although my husband applied each time he was in Paris since we hit the 2nd trimester, we didn't really think it would happen.

Yesterday was a really rotten day for us but at the end of the day he got that appointment. It's silly but it really lifted me up. Yet, I didn't want to hope too much, especially reading things about fashion week etc... but in the end I got the bag and I feel like that's all the doing of my little angel. We are getting it monogramed as well.

That is not rare..... I got an appointment last year after 187 times of registering.....
But the odd thing is. once I got that appointment on the 188th time....I got another one within 2 months after that haha. it's random

I am not sure that I have ever posted on this thread before but your very personal story prompted me to do so. I am so sorry about the passing of your son. I am sure that as you said your little angel played a part in this.

I am visiting Paris in August and would love to purchase the Roulis 23 in black. I have just contacted my hotel concierge to obtain an appointment (leather). Is this the way to handle this? Can the concierge alert the store as to what I want to purchase? Any and all feed back will be greatly appreciated!

Hi - I didn't try this, but I did go shopping at the store and spent about 3 hours there because its SOoo busy and most departments have a wait time just to be shown or sold anything. During shopping i probably asked the appointment people 3x if any cancellation came up, and they said no. On my last try I was denied again, but I guess a prior appointment person spotted me and asked for my name and said she will put me in for the next day. Btw we never got chosen by the lottery. I ended up getting a gorgeousss B. Question - Since I shopped a lot there, I was wondering if anyone knows if US stores see our Paris purchases? Thanks

Supposedly they see your quota bag purchases only, though each case is hit or miss.
