I have done this at stores in Paris and Monaco. I was told to do this by an SA to ensure that I was able to get specific items I wanted, which were available online, when there's no guarantee they'd be in the store when I arrived. I purchase them online a week before I arrive and have it delivered to the store. I then show up to pick it up and they do a return and repurchase giving me the VAT. It's not a big deal.
Same. But this wasn’t allowed when I was in Milan lol. So didn’t get tax refund

Hello @scndlslv , i would like to ask, if you purchase online a week before you arrive and have it delivered to the store, do you have to know an SA in that store? Or we can purchase online and delivered to the store even if we don’t know an SA? Thanks in advance.

This lottery system is really a lottery. My husband has been applying everyday he has been in Paris since November 2022 (so probably 10/15 times top). He got an appointment for tomorrow. Anyone got a Birkin there recently? I wonder if appointment = bags but it looks like it's not automatic...

It’s not automatic… appointment != BKC. They need to want to sell it to you, if they have any. Good luck to you… may you be a lucky one with a happy ending!

It goes long way if it’s birthday, anniversary or special occasion.

Hi all,

Apologies if this has been discussed but I couldn’t find the answer from what I’ve read. I was given a mobile number of a FSH sales associate HOWEVER she isn’t attached to the leather department (attached to accessories). Is this an invitation that could lead to a leather appointment?

I know there are always BK, not sure about C.
As in a good appointment in the past, while waiting, I overheard an SA telling her customers that there were no BKC at all, not in any colors or sizes, and offered them picotin.....
But when I got into the private room, I was offered 2 B to choose from which I got 1 in my dream color.
So, it really depends on the SA.......they do have stock. I was not expecting any bags since I am not VIP and I heard there was no special bags...but surprised to be offered 2 to choose from.
The way I see it, when an SA says they don't have any B/K/C, they mean they don't have one to offer or sell to you for whatever reason. It doesn't mean that they don't have one (or two..or more..especially for VIPs) for others though.
