For those of you that’s been recently What were the crowd in the stores like? Have they been super busy, low/high traffic?
FSH was a zoo! Actually quite unpleasant. I wasn't really expecting to get what I was after, just as well as it was queues on queues, we left after having a lovely look at some amazing bags. Ended up getting the Chypres a week later at my home store.

FSH was completely packed. In every department had to wait for an SA to help. Sevres was fairly free, never had to wait long or at all for an SA. George V was really packed, had to wait outside in line before even getting in, but IMO the SAs there were the loveliest and most helpful.
Agree, I had really lovely and friendly service at George V. Even managed to try on the Chypres, (FSH had a very long queue to even get an SA at the shoe department) but they didn't have my size. Was still very busy though. I didn't make it over to Sevres this trip.

Some stunning beauties from FSH the other week. I wasn't trying to get a quota bag or even attempt to get a lottery appointment, so it wasn't as stressful as it could have been. I had hoped to get a pair of Chypres, a calvi in a fun colour, and some cups, but I struck out on all. As I said above, it was a zoo. Hot, packed, quite unpleasant, but my son and I found a comfy spot to chill for 5 minutes as you can see in the photo, and I got to drool over the bags, so that was a highlight!

I was there last week. Super busy in all sections except for the jewelry & homewares section.

I went to sevres around 6pm, and out in 5 minutes! Was looking for a small wallet and was paired with a snobbish SA with attitude. I left immediately and didn’t even check out other sections. Went to LV and got the best service!

I hear you ! I totally felt the snobbish vibe in FSH today in some sections. I have been a long time customer, and French (local!) and it makes me sad to see the way I am treated, having to literally beg if I could "see" something in the bag area. I think I am over it now.

Surprised to hear this. I thought they would welcome locals with open arms.
For a luxury brand such as H, their customer service is very poor. There are other good brands that will welcome us and treat us with respect. I had a chance to shop at Chanel, LV, and Goyard and everyone was very courteous, unlike SAs at Hermes (I went to FSH & Sevres, both lacked professionalism).

It's actually the worst thing to be an H local in Paris because of all the foreign visitors.

FSH & Sèvres:
Sundays 11 and 18 from 11:30am to 6pm
24 & 31 10:30am to 5:30pm
George V:

24 10:30am to 5:30pm
31 10:30am to 4:30pm
I can't even imagine how packed the stores will be on Christmas Eve and NYE! :wtf: But 18 Dec might be calmer if France is playing and everyone prefers watching the game to shopping?:graucho:

Ohh thanks! If you looked, what was Sevres RTW and shoes like?

I feel pretty welcome as a now-local. I'm not French although one of my parents was, and as soon as I give my address to a store or tell them I don't need detaxe forms, the whole vibe changes to "oh, you're LOCAL". Maybe it's because I already had a decent (not massive) history in all 3 Paris stores before I moved.
I will say FSH is so crazy that the SAs seem to look on everyone with askance, even if you live next door. And I almost never shop on Saturdays, or Sundays at the holidays.
