Update... About my missing online purchases collect in FSH.
So I didn't hear anything afterwards and I did email the "manager" after I got back to my country. I only got a cold reply that she forwarded my case to online department.
But last night I got a call from Hermes (I think it's online department) said they got my geta bag!
They can only deliver to EU address, so I gave them my friend's address in Spain.
Finally, when I thought they forgot my case feeling sad and turned out they did not forget.( Although I can't get the tax refund and have to trouble my friend....)

wow it does seems so long ago! i rem reading this. at least you got your bag :)

my friend was able to secure an appt today for me after 5 tries. I was able to click with the sa, she went ahead and got what I wanted on wl including geta and della Cavallaria in etoupe and gold. she said she found 2 b30 for me...one in blue nuit phw, one in vert amande ghw...I opted for the latter...when she went to get it, it turns out to be vert criquet which I ended up turning down and of course the blue nuit was no longer available...she later came back with a k32 in her hand but I wasn't interested so that concluded my appt..wasn't able to get bkc but still felt lucky that my friend was able to get appt for me

stock has been so incredibly low...I have never seen the slg drawer empty...the sa said its been empty for 2 weeks now. shoes are slim picking in popular sizes and belts are also not as plentiful as it used to be. Even the scarf display section seemed low. if you are heading to Paris, maybe have low expectations shopping wise...but do enjoy the beautiful city~
Supply chain issues. Most of the luxury houses , even on home ground, are having those issues with their global supply chains, not enough raw materials and/or high quality ones or logistics because maritime shipping is still choked up. This is the gossip I got from my SAs.

Not a B or K story
This is my first time posting here, but I just wanted to share my experience first time at FSH and scoring a really beautiful GP30 without an appointment this past friday, while staying in Paris for the weekend. I was there for a visit to the Dior gallery during lvmh journees particulieres (on sat), and on fri my flight arrived earlier than scheduled (late afternoon) so after checking in at my hotel I just wanted to explore the area and really just happened to pass fsh and to my surprise it was still open (it was already past 6pm by then) so I thought I might just quickly drop in to see what the store looks like before it closed. I originally had intended to visit fsh briefly on sat afternoon, after Dior, my dream was to buy a "just" a Bolide 1923 or maybe a GP, as I knew a B or K was completely impossible without an appointment, which was impossible to get too, and I had no purchase history at Hermes in Paris, so I had not even tried to apply for an appointment online. the ground floor wasn’t too busy and I just walked around a bit, and then somehow found myself near the leather desk, where there was a woman talking to the lady and no line, and right at that moment the woman was finished and walked away and since there was no one waiting in the spur of the moment (I wasn’t really thinking) I just approached the desk and I just told the lady politely and respectfully that I wasn’t looking for a B or K, and just asked her whether I really needed an appointment if I wanted something else. And I might be wrong but she seemed somewhat relieved I wasn’t asking for a B and K, and to my surprise she asked what I was looking for, and I said a Bolide or GP and immediately she was like ok, have a seat over there, I’ll see if someone’s available. I was shocked! so I started to walk to the area, just briefly stopping at the display case to look at all the beautiful bags and when I turned suddenly there was a gentleman who simply told me to follow him to the next floor upstairs where we took a seat at an open area desk. straight away he asked what I was looking for, and I told him I was looking for a GP or Bolide 1923, both size 30, neutral color. he got up and a few mins later he came back with two boxes. he showed me a Bolide 25 in grey, and a GP30 veau negonda bleu indigo. Both were just stunning, but the Bolide seemed too small for me so he said I could try it on in front the mirror, which I did (it was indeed too small). I then told him I would take the GP, to which he said “just the GP?” (apparently I could have purchased both if I’d wanted to) and I said yes. He then took my hotel information, I paid, and honestly I think the whole experience was over in just 10 min. I’m still shocked at how easy and quick it was, to just walk in like that and buy a bag. They delivered it to the hotel that same evening, and the box was waiting for me in my room when I got back after dinner.
sorry for the long post but I just thought it might be helpful for anyone not looking specifically for a B or K. thanks for letting me share J

Do you mind sharing a pic of your GP? Thanks

Ahhhh @liberty33r1b, if only I was as brave as you were in asking for a GP at FSH! Congratulations!

As for me, I dutifully applied for a leather appointment but no luck in getting one. Despite this, I still had a gala time shopping at the FSH and Sevres stores two Wednesday ago! I managed to get lovely scarves, twillys, silk' in classique long wallet (with internal en liberte scarf print), and a few Petit H items. The SAs at both stores asked me if there was anything else that I was looking for and I should have asked for a GP30 in Beton but I was just too shy to ask! I must say that all the SAs whom I met in both stores were helpful and lovely, with one showing me the B30 en desordre (which is now in my wish list for 2023). I got the SAs' cards for future visits, so we'll see. All in all, I'm v happy with my shopping experience at both stores - just one more tomorrow at the airport to round things off!

In the meantime, I'm picking up my new SO before the end of this week and I shall wait till end of the year for my GP30 in Beton from my home store. Still a happy birthday month for me!
