Hi, Yes, wearing a mask is required inside every store in Paris. Other than H-stores. If I'm right, entering the great magasins will also require a negative PCR-test or proof of complete vaccination as of August 1st. I'm not sure if this applies to smaller stores as well.
I believe this was the situation back in August 2021. No mask requirements in August 2022.

I think you must be replying to a much earlier post. They have updated requirements since.

Please before saying those kind of things do some research. You don’t need mask even in health places..
 
Oh my!:wtf: I can’t believe this is happening. People who have tried to get a bag on h.com definitely know how hard and lucky it should be able to score a bag online! Hope they will find your bag next week. If not, they should make a proper apology, and give you an offer of other bags, not just a refund.:sad:
Yes, if they can’t find it I would say to them (politely but firmly) that they need to make it right. Aka, if they have another geta in that building warehouse (which they do), it better be offered to you. If not another bag that you would love at least. I’m so sorry. I would be so pissed
 
You do need to wear a mask when visiting the doctor or going to hospital. Unfortunately I know this from first hand experience as of 2 weeks ago when my son became very ill during our holiday in France.
No since the 1th august it isn’t mandatory anymore, you can check online. Some health places may ask but you have the right to refuse.
 
Update:
They did not contacted me this morning so I went straight to the store.
The SA nearby the entrance was not the one helped me last Saturday but he did ask me why I was waiting so long when I was there last Sat.
He seems knew my situation and said they are still searching the bag. I told him I traveled half of the globe and you must understand how hard it is to buy a bag online or in store. He said he understands but they are still searching, and they will let me know this afternoon.
I said I got an appointment at other places at 5pm and you close on 18:30, so why not just let me know how to settle this situation right now. But he just repeatedly tell me waiting for their feedback later.
I AM SO SAD AND FRUSTRATED................

Honestly, I don't understand how the situation would change. Unless they know that another bag is on its way and they will get it this afternoon... If they can't find it since Saturday, they won't find it now! Why are they buying some time? Simple: Offer another bag or refund (with some major complaint from the customer of course).
I know, that's why I told them settle the situation while I'm still in the store. Ironically, the order status on the website is still showing waiting to collect in store.

I went back the store around 5PM because I moved my other appointment.
The lady at entrance knew exactly who am I and what happened altho I did not see her before.
She also called her manager who is a very nice lady, it was the first time I felt they are actually taking my case seriuosly.
They have never recceived my bag in their store, and they are trying to find out what happened. Either I choose refund or wait more time and they will sort it out.
After we talked for a while and she did find me a leather SA but they both told me the stock was really bad.
I was able to get mini bolide and halzan 25, and I am not canceling my Geta. I will wait for their further update and they said it will take a long time......
