I will leave this reminder as a sticky because tthis is often a thread that new members (or new Hermès lovers) post on - hopefully temporarily.

Can you please give more detail on your walk in appointment recently? What day/ time did you go in… ans which of the 3 stores? Thanks xo
My partner and I were only in Paris for 3 nights (Friday to Monday) and, to be honest, I didn't hold out much hope of an appointment this time. However, we both dutifully applied on line for the Saturday appointment at FSH and, as expected, were unsuccessful. Since we had been successful at FSH twice before, we decided to call in and ask if there was any chance of a cancellation. We arrived about 11am and the store was absolutely manic - I thought that we would have no chance of the Hermes angels smiling on us this time but was amazed when my nervous request for an appointment was greeted by a request for more details from us and an instruction to 'take a seat'. To be perfectly honest this was the easiest of all my appointments and we only had to wait about 5 minutes before a lovely SA asked us to follow her upstairs. The Hermes angels were certainly smiling on me because my request for a Kelly in size 25 or 28 produced this lovely for me to take home

Congratulations. What was your total spend at FSH on the prior 2 visits and when were they made? There are many facing this same predicament and your story is one of hope !!!

My only previous visits to FSH, or indeed Paris, were Sept 2018 and February 2019 and my only 'spend' was very minor twillies etc.
I can 100% state that the only reason that we were successful was a mixture of luck and being paired with lovely SAs who actually connected with us. Honestly, everyone should have hope, be patient and most importantly treat the staff with respect.

Thanks for confirming that, for Paris, there's no need to overthink the whole process, plan pre-spending etc... SA + stock + stars aligned = luck

Ah really hoping I have the same luck as you! Trying not to overthink it and still enjoy Paris but I would love to score my first bag in Paris as a souvenir.. Only 2 more days of waiting for me until I’ll be in paris

Very true! Although I also think that going in with a SO somehow increase the chance of getting an offer too. Happened to a few of my friends who stopped in without an appointment but get offered a quota bag without pre-spend. But of course having the right SA at the right time are the key.

Off to a bad start already since our flight was cancelled yesterday and I lost my chances for Thursday and Friday

If I am arriving in paris (CDG) on Saturday June 4 at 9am should I try for the Hermes lottery? And does anyone know what time I need to do it in the US?

How does it work for Monday also? Do I apply on Saturday?
