I will leave this reminder as a sticky because tthis is often a thread that new members (or new Hermès lovers) post on - hopefully temporarily.

I am going to be travelling to Berlin, Munich, Strasbourg average 2-3 days each with the last 5 days in Paris.

Should I start buying the items in my Shopping list from Hermes Berlin or wait until we are in Paris so that the purchase history can improve my chances of securing a leather appointment?

This is my third time in Paris and will be doing some shopping, enjoying the food plus sightseeing for my 50th birthday.

Thank you in advance.
Happy 50th! Very soon I will be right there with you!
I’d buy all in Paris, purchase history isn’t guaranteed, but that’s what I would do.
Can’t wait to read about your trip.

Big lurker on this thread, and I just wanted to say congratulations!!! Have been reading for months about your disappointing attempts at securing an appointment, and I’m so happy that things finally worked out! Enjoy your stunning new bag!
Thank you so much, nycgirl ;-)
I was just joking with my husband telling him that my journey to get this bag was 7 months (Registering almost every single day except Sunday which registration was not available and a few days due to work appointments) Just a couple months short of carrying a baby. so, I treat this bag as my 2nd daughter LOL.

Makes complete sense to me!! I‘m sure your second daughter will be very well cared for and loved in her new home!!
