My sa at fsh is from the home department and she arrange the bag appt for me for
My upcoming trip.
It was the same thing after my previous visit 6 months ago. She gave me her namecard (which had her email) and asked me to look for her when I visit again.

On that same FSH trip, the SA in silk department was very nice, she gave me her card, work number work email and personal number. Perhaps it was because I shopped with her on 3 separate days. Regardless though, my entire H experience was indeed magical and so memorable.

Good news and bad news. I managed to get an appt, but I unfortunately won’t be able to make it as I’m sick. Does anyone know how I can get in touch with the store Rue de Serves store and ask to reschedule.

Thanks for your kind response to my question. That was my first time to this thread. I really hope I land a bag even without an appointment (understand how hard it is to get an appontment).

Would you suggest I start with fine jewellery or watches or something else for my prespend to land a bag on the same day ?

In my home country, the prespend is 1:1.

Just buy what you love and genuinely want.
Even if you go in FSH and buy fine jewellery there is no guarantee that you will be offered a leather appointment or that if you did you will be offered a bag that you actually desire
The pre-loved sites are full of unused watches, fine jewellery ,etc etc that people have purchased strategically in order to get a bag offer.
Try not to over think this..You will be doubly disappointed if you buy lots of things you dont want or love and dont get any bag offer at all.

Update:
Until last saturday (14 may)only my sister got the appt. There are 5 of us. We try to apply appt since last tues (3 May).

her initial appt was at 1.20.
On sat, it keep jumping till 5.50 pm.
Lucky her, she able to score a b25 chai.

for me, i try walk in to ask for any cancelation of appt but got the answer no.
And i told her i am only looking for mini eve and mini bolide.
one of the sa saw i just bought something from there bcause i was carry the H paper bag. And told me that she can help me if it only mini eve n bolide.
In the end, i got myself mini eve gold and mini bolide gold as well.

in conclusion, for appt, i dont think purchase somthing b4 we get appt help.
I spend alots like almost 10k. My mum 5k, the other 2 almost 3k
My sister spend the least and she get the appt.

Call customer service, they’re usually very helpful! I rescheduled an appointment (within the same day though)

I don't think they'll let you reschedule if it's not the same day though! I'm honestly surprised even by the same day! I've had to cancel before and didn't get the option when asked but maybe you'll be lucky?

i had a non leather FSH SA who said she could help me throughout, during my visit and for future trips. I was able to obtain a K25 in my leather appt with her. The next day she helped me pick RTW. I thought it was nice that we ended up shopping on different days. It was less rushed and I was able to develop a bit more rapport.

@Nybluedog, I agree with @maxroxxherhandbags that you should only buy what you normally want. Also if my home store was 1:1, i might just save my spend locally

My FSH SAs from other departments (silks/ RTW/ shoes/ SAV) have individually told me even pre- Covid that they can get their leather colleagues to help IF they know the client and when there are SAs available. This offer extended is truly very kind and I highly appreciate it, although I have not needed to accept it thus far. I personally have not experienced any of my other SAs helping me with leather, perhaps because during my visits, their departments were generally very busy and there were clients waiting to be assisted after my appointment with them.

So I called them up and they said I need to make the appt through the website again. Not sure I’m going to be able to get another appt. Bummed out but safety first. I got the appt on 2nd try.

Truly appreciate your thoughts. Thanks for the tip. I actually am eyeing a picotin 18. Do you happen to know if the picotin will count as prespend or all leather goods including SLR are precluded from pre spend?

Btw just curious did you request for an appointment only at FSH or any of the stores and yet still did not get an appointment?

She got an appt at fsh and we only request appt at fsh only.
Since the other store from what we know, we have to spend alot to get a bag.

we have been to the others store before the appt system start. Nvr get any bag from there before. That why we only apply appt at fsh

In FSH I do think there's such pre spend, base on my many experiences, and what I've read here and watching some videos , people got offered with no purchase at all , that's why a lot of people taking chances to go to Paris, the important is to secure an appointment. and then you can start shopping what you like during your appointment .
