Hi! I have a bit of a silly q - I fortunately was able to get my lovely SA's business card at the end of our appointment. She quickly mentioned that she couldn't really help with booking a leather appt again (lol), but if we were ever in Paris to ask for her. I just wanted to send an email to thank her for a lovely experience and realized the card doesn't have her contact email?

does anyone know the email format for their Parisian SAs? for example, something like [First Name]@hermes.com? lol

If the business card doesn’t have an email address, they probably don’t want to be contacted by email.

Is there a phone number on the card or no contact info at all? If there's a phone number, maybe message her via WhatsApp or if you both have iMessage! If there's no contact info, maybe she just means the next time you show up to flash her card or mention her name so she can assist you :)

I was wondering if the time you request an online lottery leather Appoitment makes a difference (since they open by 10:30 but stay open till 6). Is applying as soon as they open make your chances better? Also, can you apply for an appointment online if you are French and have a French passport? Would that help with getting an Appoitment?

Unless you already know an SA who would give you an appointment, you have to apply to get an appointment, no matter where you come from or nationality. Being French doesn't help, quite the opposite I'd say from my personal experience :lol:

oh you could be right! I think it might be the latter to just bring up her name the next time I'm in the city. I got excited when she said i could contact her! :crybaby:

In my experience last year at FSH, the leather SA did not want to give his card when I asked for one. He simply said that I’d be randomly assigned a leather SA next time so I took it as he already had plenty of clients and didn’t want to keep a relationship with a tourist lol - which was strange because I bought two bags.

It wasn’t until I read on this thread that many SAs offer their cards to customers. It’s ok as I totally understand that SAs must be overwhelmed with so many clients.

Purchase history usually means that you have shopped there prior to the current trip! I think “pre-spend” can be used as the things you bought the day of your fsh appt. I’ve purchased from fsh in the past— first time was 2016/2017.
Thanks for your kind response to my question. That was my first time to this thread. I really hope I land a bag even without an appointment (understand how hard it is to get an appontment).

Would you suggest I start with fine jewellery or watches or something else for my prespend to land a bag on the same day ?

In my home country, the prespend is 1:1.
 
In my experience last year at FSH, the leather SA did not want to give his card when I asked for one. He simply said that I’d be randomly assigned a leather SA next time so I took it as he already had plenty of clients and didn’t want to keep a relationship with a tourist lol - which was strange because I bought two bags.

It wasn’t until I read on this thread that many SAs offer their cards to customers. It’s ok as I totally understand that SAs must be overwhelmed with so many clients.
My sa at fsh is from the home department and she arrange the bag appt for me for
My upcoming trip.
It was the same thing after my previous visit 6 months ago. She gave me her namecard (which had her email) and asked me to look for her when I visit again.

Until last saturday (14 may)only my sister got the appt. There are 5 of us. We try to apply appt since last tues (3 May).

her initial appt was at 1.20.
On sat, it keep jumping till 5.50 pm.
Lucky her, she able to score a b25 chai.

for me, i try walk in to ask for any cancelation of appt but got the answer no.
And i told her i am only looking for mini eve and mini bolide.
one of the sa saw i just bought something from there bcause i was carry the H paper bag. And told me that she can help me if it only mini eve n bolide.
In the end, i got myself mini eve gold and mini bolide gold as well.

in conclusion, for appt, i dont think purchase somthing b4 we get appt help.
I spend alots like almost 10k. My mum 5k, the other 2 almost 3k
My sister spend the least and she get the appt.

Appointment is the hardest part about shopping at fsh. There are thousands of people signing up for less than 100 slots.

Something to keep in mind also, SAs come and go, at FSH and other stores. Some have been here for a long time and will stay forever, some will leave for better positions (I just lost one of my dearest SA who accepted a better job in India)... And a lot are here for a short term period (3/6 months) and I'm not even sure they have their own business card.

Congrats for your sister, chai has been on my wishlist too I hope I’d be as lucky as her. Which store did she get the appointment at?

Btw just curious did you request for an appointment only at FSH or any of the stores and yet still did not get an appointment?
 
I've been trying to almost 3 months with the online system and sometimes also with my husband's passport to double to luck (i am local) but still no success.. Last year was a similar story to a point i finally gave up. This is getting really frustrating.
The system lets you select the store preference, so just wondering if there is a big different in stock level (for quota bag) between Sevres and FSH?
Also, I have a pre-loved B30 which needs to go to the spa.. Do I also need the online appointment for sending in bags for spa?

You can bring your bag and ask for directions at leather reception, straight up to After Sales Service (Service Après-ventes or SAV) on the second floor past watches. I know 2 SAs there and no appointment is required.
