Scored an appointment for Monday at 5.40pm, FSH...any things a first timer should know?? Please help!!
Take just a couple of minutes to try to connect with your SA, like asking how her day is. For my first appointment in November, my SA immediately asked “what do you want” the moment I walked up so I jumped right into my preferences. There was zero small talk before and I felt zero connection to her. She came back from the stock room immediately saying no BKC. Last week, I made very quick small talk with my SA at the beginning of the appointment. Just a brief conversation about how nice it was that there were no masks and you could actually see people smile. It totally changed the vibe of the appointment and I got offered my dream bag. I would also brush up knowledge of colors and have a few options for what your looking for rather than saying “gold on gold only”.

Really good advice thanks!

Honestly I think it’s just random what they say to various people. What days were you there last week? If you read my earlier story that I posted, I was there last Wednesday and got a k25 and was shown a k28 as well and the SA gave me a list of the other k25s in stock that day (there was quite a few). My previous spend a FSH was less than $5k.

My friend scored an appointment last Friday and also got a quota bag from FSH with no previous spend.

This makes me more hopeful :)
Did you get lucky with the appt first try? That's like the BIGGEST hurdle IMO. Once I have an appt secure I feel like I'll breathe better. I thought I was anxious the 1st time I did this back in 2017 when you had to wait in line outside 2 hours prior to opening lol.
Also out of curiosity, what were the other K25 colors she had in stock?

And finally to anyone who is in the know...are certain days higher stock typically than others? We land Saturday...wonder if I should still try for the appt that day and Monday, or wait until a Tues/Weds.

I’ve never heard of anyone getting an appointment from first try. I would start applying as soon as possible and as many times as possible to increase your chances of scoring an appointment.

I got it on my second day (or I guess second try). She and I had small talk for awhile and one of her first questions was how long I’ve been an Hermes customer. I think it helped that I was pretty knowledgeable about the brand and have been shopping with Hermes since 2007 (I kinda went straight to Hermes in my 20s and skipped a lot of the other luxury houses). She did mention that mid-week has more stock than the weekends so it helped that I was there mid-week. Like others have mentioned, I really think building a rapport with the SA immediately was what helped me the most. The other colors she had in stock for K25s was white, lime, one of the blues and one of the purples - I couldn’t remember their names. And I picked up the K25 Etoupe. Good luck getting an appointment!

I’m departing Paris tomorrow after not getting an appointment- attempting for Friday and Saturday. If you got appointment on 2nd try that is amazing! In the store, I overheard one person that tried for 10 days and still no appointments. The SA even admitted its almost impossible to get appointment through the website. Although I read on here that stock was very low and this was confirmed multiple times in store (3 separate visits to see about cancelled appointments). My husband ended up with two wallets and even then they had very few choices. There were ladies dressed amazingly with exotic Birkins that were still begging for appointments, so I really think it is luck. I did see one pink Birkin and rouge Kelly purchased during my visits and large boxes going up and down their private staircase. So they definitely had some items. I’m going to try at the airport. I really only wanted an Herbag, but still need appointment!

Today when I made the online appointment I recieved the message “:Due to a large number of requests today, we invite you to register again tomorrow and fill in a new appointment request” it was around 5 PM. My boyfriend applied same time with succes. Does anybody recieved same message? Thank you!
My husband experienced this problem a few days ago. We attempted again, but with a different email address and it worked for him. Hope this helps.

I'm confused what the error you both encountered is. This seems normal to me that you tried to register for an appointment, but they told you that you didn't successfully get one.

It is random, so your boyfriend got one but you didn't.

It doesn't sound like there is any error? I don't think you needed to change your email to apply again?

My advice is that you need to relax and enjoy what you have and develop some patience. Your SA has sourced more for you than some VIPs. Stop stalking her and check in every now and again. Just from your post you’re coming off as desperate so I can only imagine your texts and emails to her. Take a few deep breaths and appreciate what you have.
Or buy more picotins from a reseller. There will be a markup but of course not as high for a K or B.

I was in Paris last week and visited Faubourg for the first time. My experience wasn’t really good and even after buying fine Jewellery, ready to wear, small leather goods and scarves. Seems hard to stay connected with the SAs when I have to move around and talk to different people for different items. Also failed to get a leather good appointment after 60 attempts … (really frustrated) Is there any advice you may give me as I really hope to get a mini Kelly or birkin…?
Good point. It is hard to connect with an SA in departments other than where your chief SA works. When I've been in Paris, she's handed me off to other SAs for things like men's ties.

This is an error/message we receive when we tried to request an appointment between 10:30am to 7:30pm, not the appointment follow up after the appointment request period closes.

Our error/message occur before receiving the Hermes RDV code via text to finalize the appointment request.

My husband tried minutes later with a different email address and he was able to successfully submit an appointment request.

We did shop at faubourg yesterday and both email addresses did appear in his established profile. Not sure of the cause.

That's my bad - I misunderstood. Glad trying with a different email did the trick then!
