Sorry to hear about your experience. I am living in Paris and even find it hard to get an appointment to begin with. My friend who got an appointment recently also walked out empty handed. So, it is all based on luck.
How is the spending ratio in UK? as you mentioned you spent 10k in FSH last month...would that be enough to score a quota bag in London?
I was asking because I spent about 18k at FSH in the past 1/2 year but did not get offered any quota bags.....while my sister in North America spent less than that amount and was offered a K25 there recently....

Again, I think it's pure luck. I was able to buy quota bags twice at FSH with no important purchases prior to that. It was pre-Covid but I think it's still the same.

Hi everyone,
I just scored a Birkin 30 togo black leather at one of the Paris boutiques!
But I don't think I am 100% happy because after I came back to hotel, tried it in front of the mirror, then it looked huge on me...
Can I exchange it in any of the Paris boutiques? If so, should I make another leather reservation? (ahh it was so hard) Anyone has an experience?
I am staying 3 more weeks so got times.
Or should I try at NY boutiques when I go back?

congrats on scoring. Pls could you take a pic of you holding the bag? I ask this because the 25 and 30 is only 5cm difference which doesn’t sound a lot but obviously when worn it can be a whole other story! I am petite and have 25 + 30 on my WL so would be informative for meeee

Hi ladies extremely disappointed with my very tiring trip (8 hours train back and forth and 400 euro just on train ticket)
I woke up at 5:30 to catch the train to London to Paris. My appointment has moved to 1.5 hours before my schedule time but I couldn't make it earlier as I was still on train. Arrived on time after a very tiring uber ride....waited for around 10 min to have my SA seeing me and I told him my wish - unfortunately nothing in stock (no birkin, no kelly, no Constance) and I was very very disappointed.
I honestly told my SA it took me 70 attempt to get this appointment and I really wouldn't make a trip if there is no BK for me. I tried to have a mini lindy so I am not going back with empty bag - but honestly I feel like crying! (I had something very urgent to do today actually so I didn't even get to sleep)...

I heard some people just walked in and get a kelly last week with no other spending... I don't know how things work now but it is extremely frustrating. I am not sure if it is because I do not have spending history at that boutique but I did have around 10K euro spent earlier this month at Faubourg...

Now I am worried ...I don't know when I can secure my next leather goods appointment ... I will be in Paris again for a week next month but i don't believe they would give me another appointment in such short time....

Did you purchase anything from Sevres prior to asking about a quota?Did you buy anything else to lighten your experience since we get a decent tax back and then you’d have a history there? I think scoring the next apt for May will be tough but it’s definitely worth trying!

Oh no, sorry to hear I've been told that when appointment is being moved early is a bad sign that they have very low inventory that day, don't worry it's not you or your spending history, they just didn't have the bags. When I got offered the 1st quota bag at Sevre I've only bought a belt at FSH so I don't know how things work either. Better luck next time, go treat yourself with some wine and pastries.

Worse - I had to rush back to Uk so basically non stop train rides and no time to even have a pain au chocolate!

The fsh sa mentioned they just got it in and they think some stores will get a few. It is the first light colour hermes scarf i have ever bought and this one really suited me due to the bright colours in the design. I also found it interesting that there are bees embroidered on it that reminded me of gucci garden items.
