there is a limit for QB (it used to

perhaps experiences differ, IDK ? I had my appointment at 330 pm Feb 14, and they told Dh and me to wait in a corner and forgot about us until maybe 4 pm. i asked for and accepted a 25K. The SA then asked if I would like to name any non quota requests, and it wasn’t limited to just one more. I just said I love mini Della cavalleria in neutrals. She brought down a mini DC vert criquet and apologized that they only had bright colors. so, I declined, and then she and I made an appt the next day for RTW.
Was your appointment from the lottery system or set up ahead of time by a different connection? I think it makes a difference if one is just a walk in lotto winner vs someone coming “recommended” from other sources.

Looks like each SA has their own rule lol. I’m hoping to score either b30 or K32 (I find size 25 is too small) for my mom, and a mini Evelyne or Picotin 18 for me. And some homewares & RTW too.

I have about 2.5 days in Paris and really hope I can get an appointment to buy all these at the same time. Should I perhaps try Sevres store or FSH?

thank you all

I think if you want a larger BK mentioned above for your mom  , you should have an easier time. It’s my understanding from reading this thread that your best chance is to select all three stores for the lottery Good luck!

thank you 880. I really hope I can get the appointment, that’s the tricky bit :)
I’ll select 3 stores as suggested.
Thanks again!

oh wow that is a stunning bag you have! May I ask what was the price of the ostrich bag? I would love to have a Birkin touch as well, I saw one in black the other day and it was so gorgeous  I am thinking about expanding my collection into the exotics so I would love to know!
Hi- it’s €14,500…here are some pics from a month back with prices.

Did anyone here happen to be in Paris with your family on vacation with plans and activities booked and happened to get a leather appointment that conflicted with the planned activities, what did you do?

Hope moderators don’t think it’s inappropriate to post this here as I do want to be near FSH Hermes and would love to hear from Hermes shoppers who frequent Paris.. if you had to choose between these hotels, which would you prefer to stay at? Le bristol, park hyatt, or le meurice.

I don't frequent Paris now as much as I have in the past, but Le Bristol & Le Meurice were quite lovely
as well as Le Crillon
Friend just returned from staying at Cheval Blanc & she said it was splendid

I've stayed at Bristol and Maurice and Costes
I really love le Maurice and Costes, I stayed in Le Bristol over 10years ago and it was superb but I love the style of Costes and the service of Maurice on my more recent visits.

Le Bristol is stunning. It’s my personal favorite of all of them. I used to stop by when I lived in Paris for a few years.
+1! I've stayed in all the hotels nearby FSH but Le Bristol is the absolute best and my favourite place to stay in Paris. Plus their concierge is a miracle worker!

That said, Le Meurice, Crillon, and others are lovely too. The Ritz is also stunning and so many legends have stayed there!

I’ve been here in Paris for 3 days and still no online appointment. No walk-in appointments available at the 3 Paris stores. SA said that no guarantee of quota bag due to low inventory now. The stores don’t seem too busy, but they are still strict with the online only appts. Still have a couple days left…
Did you try buying something first and then asking at the end of your visit?

I'm planning a trip to Paris in October this year and would like to know:

1) Do all 3 stores accept Google Pay (tap and pay from phone) or only physical cards?
2) If the bill is paid using cash + credit card (eg; 5000 cash, 5000 card), how does the VAT refund at CDG airport works?

Thank you all!
