One SA at FSH once told me that all of the display bags are saved in some sort of “archive”. So maybe they have an entire collection of bags in every HW, leather, color, size that they save for future reference. Who knows if it’s true but man oh man would I like to see that collection!!!

That’s the ones in the outside window, especially the very unique one off bags etc. those are definitely kept in the archives which includes the mock up of every bag design H ever made. The ones inside for display is not sold as regular stock. I was once told they might be, after the store display is changed by Visual Mechandiser. I know this because I once met a VM team member.

Hi! Just wondering how many times it took everyone to get an appointment at the Faubourg store with the online appointment request? My boyfriend and I have tried about 3 or 4 times each now and still nothing.
yesterday we went to the store and just waited around for a cancellation, eventually we got an appointment but they said they had no bags.
still trying!
please let me know :)

it is a lottery system, so unless someone owns a crystal ball, no one has an answer to your query.
since you got an appointment yesterday, I would say that it is highly unlikely you will get a new one in the following days/weeks.
From my personal experience, I had to wait 22-40 days in between appointments

Hi just a question,
Let’s say you magically manage to get a lottery appointment- does your assigned SA for that appointment see your existing spend? Would that affect which type of bag you’re offered? For example going to your appointment with a big spend already from your home store?

also another question is it more likely to get a bag in colours tans or black in the larger sizes let’s say k28, B35 at the lottery appointment?

does anyone have any good input in what to wear to an Hermes appointment?
I usually dress pretty well but I feel like I should ask someone more experienced with the Paris store since French people have such strong ideas of how you should look.
please share any tips you have! shoes, clothes, hair etc. thanks so much in advance

I am on my 19 attempt and no luck. Also I have a spending history in Paris and I really think this doesn’t count on your online “luck”

Hi,
I wore all black outfit as it was cold and rainy. Long, black, wool belted coat, black boots and black gucci shawl, black prada bag :)
Not sure if they actually look what people wears as I’ve seen ladies wearing all sort of clothes. Lots of ladies were carrying their hermes bags but not always :) I think most of the people were just elegant and well groomed.

Just wear what you feel comfortable in.

Hello!

I was wondering if Paris does wishlists for locals like other countries?
I am from Geneva and dreaming of a Mini Kelly - the wishlist for these in Geneva is 2-3 years and my SA told me that even if you wait your chances are slim.
My husband is Parisian, with an address there, so I was wondering if he could place a wish in Georges V or Sevres (stock is certainly better than in Geneva) or if they only proceed via lottery appointments?

Would be grateful for any insights :)
