So i’m able to secure an appointment with my SA who helped me to get a bag few years ago.

He used to be in the shoes department in FSH and now he’s in Ready to Wear department.

Can a non-leather department SA offer a bag? Is there any rules to this?

How did he get you a bag last time if he was in the Shoes department? Generally I would say it’s not possible. Generally.

i don’t know the rules bc I’ve only been twice, so I would of course rely on more experienced responses above. My FSH SAs card said Maison specialist. She was happy to help me with B/K/C, non quota bags, RTW, and if I was so inclined shoes or home, and said she could assist store wide when I next come in, IDK

my guess is if H wants to offer you a bag, a way will be found?

@hermessister, perhaps contact him and ask if he can help you storewide?

Hi ladies, I’ve recently went to Paris (I live in EU) and I was hoping to score the appointment as I tried online with no luck whatsoever :sad: on my first day I went to FSH asked if they have had any cancellations and I was told that unfortunately they are very busy and they can’t help me. I thanked and went away. I got back next day, the same story. The guy who was in charge of the appointment remembered me but said again I need to try online. I went to George V store and asked about the appointment, the lady was super nice, I told her that I applied like 100 times since July 2021, she checked that in the system of course and said that she can give me the appointment two days later at 10.30. I was super happy and excited. I also extended my stay as I suppose to go back home. So on the day of the appointment I went to the store, I was first in the queue. I met the lady in charge of the appointments and she send me over to the wallets area and told me to wait. I waited around 10min and the SA came to me and asked what Im looking for. I told her and she went to the back of the store. She was gone for less than 15 min and when she was back she asked me to follow her. She showed me kelly 28 retourne ( I asked for kelly 25 or kelly mini in sellier, epsom leather) I was a bit disappointed as even the colour was not what I asked for (neutrals, pastels). But I took it. She told me that it’s all she’s got..
also I was a witness when in FsH one lady was told that they have no B and no K and then next day I’ve seen the same SA selling B 25 in craie to some kind of guy..

But I explained that I would like a dark neutral K/ B 25, leaning towards blue gray (not etain). I specifically mentioned some colors that I love like graphite, bleu abysse and bleu obscure. FSH SA picked this for me (she said) based on my style (I was dressed in dark neutrals).

Am thrilled with 25 Kelly sellier II, blue orage epsom, GHW. FSH SA said it’s sometimes hard for them to figure out what clients want, and they have to go on visual cues or hints like what the clients are wearing.

Although I am not typically a GHW person, DH, SA and I felt it was perfect for this bag. Everyone at FSH was very nice and welcoming, and I am going back tomorrow to look at some RTW (SA said she needed some time to source sizes) Good luck to everyone this week!

Congrats on your K28. What specific day were you offered the bag? Did you in this week? I’m going in few months and I’m will only have 3 days in Paris

I had never been to FSH before the appointment, and I bought only three pieces of RTW (relatively well priced compared to chanel or dior) the day afterwards (And that was at the suggestion of the SA bc she didn’t have time to pull my sizes)

However, someone once told me that if you literally Buy a saddle, you can get anything you want, but of course, I don’t know this first hand.

Yep, it was this week. I meant to be inParis from Tuesday till Thursday but since I was offered the appointment today, I extended my stay. I went to FSH literally every day and once to George V where I was offered the appointment and a bag. FSH was hectic every day, George V seems to be much calmer although I was there in the mornings. Good luck on your trip xx

I went to FSH literally every day and once to George V where I was offered the appointment and a bag. FSH was hectic every day, George V seems to be much calmer although I was there in the mornings.
