i read your previous message as no black bags from Hermes (like a prior bad experience or something along those lines).

Mandarin Oriental had this service as well - their concierge was not so helpful recently, however. Not sure if they actually tried though, as when they couldn't help secure an appointment they first blamed the guest for not making the request a few weeks prior to arrival, even though we did exactly that =/

I think she should apply and if she gets an appointment just explain the SA that the bag is for you. The only thing is that if offered a bag it has to be purchased by the person who got that appointment. (So she has to be prepared to spend 8/9000 eur for the bag)
I mean if my husband had an appointment I’d definitely be the one doing all the talking :biggrin:
