After listing the colors I was interested in, he left and reappeared 5 minutes later with 3 boxes (OMG OMG OMG!!). He offered me an Evelyne in mauve sylvestre but the color was too light for my taste, a Mosaïque in bleu mykonos and a Halzan 31 in bleu nuit (so gorgeous). After trying on the 3 bags, I told him I wanted to see other colors for the Evelyne bag. He came back few minutes later with 4 boxes (again OMG OMG OMG). All were Evelyne: clemence cuivre, barenia faubourg ebene, clemence bambou and maurice bleu de France. All were stunning! Especially the barenia faubourg one but I wanted color so I took the bleu de France Evelyne. I love this color! It is my first maurice leather bag. It looks almost the same as clemence leather but with more structure.

I was already really happy with my purchase but I wanted to try my luck at the CDG airport just before taking my plane. I visited the boutique and met lovely SAs. They have really limited stock because they were waiting for the new season items. But I asked for Evelyne PM again (I know but I love this bag) and got offered one in bleu frida clemence leather. Such a beautiful color! I took it instantly. For your information they also had this bag in etoupe, black and bleu du nord. I also asked about twillys for my Lindy but they only had 3 different styles. Very limited!
I took my flight with 2 new bags! I added some pics for the color comparison.

Congrats on such wonderful experiences (especially that the SA at Sèvres brought out so many options for your consideration) and gorgeous bags!

Thank you for sharing, those were some incredible non quota bag offers - Mauve sylvestre becoming a 'want' of mine (wonder if this is discontinued) and mosaique, halzan my two favourite H bags in current production.

I do not know if mauve sylvestre will be discontinued soon but if so, they will replace it with a similar color. I agree with you on the Halzan but the strap looks too thin for the 31 style (would hurt my shoulder if the bag is full). I also saw one in rouge grenat/silver HDW, a beautiful red with some pink in it.

Now that France is welcoming UK travellers again hubby and I are hoping to try and get an appointment in Paris. I wanted to see if anyone had any luck lately? Thinking of going for the weekend late January or early February. Thanks!

I personally believe there are always bags available to the right customer. Only Hermes decides if they want to sell to you or not. Many people had no joy before Christmas at FSH yet I have just seen on IG someone showing their FSH purchase before Christmas was a K20 Mauve Sylvestere. Maybe preferential treatment because the lady has a large IG page discussing all things handbags but isn’t an influencer.
I hope you do get what you are looking for when you visit.

******** is well known to FSH so yes, preferential treatment indeed. I wouldn’t compare a normal lottery appointment winner with her.

This is your Home store.

FSH is not ******** home store. She shops in the USA & India.

The question raised was about stock availability at FSH. I stand by my comment that stock is available to the RIGHT customer.

******** is the right customer as she raises the Hermes hype.

Hermes wants hype as it increases their profits AND maintains a high resale value of their items.

This forum consistently highlighted the lack of B/K/C availability at FSH before Christmas and the lengths people pleaded with hostesses to get an appointment. ******** has written about how difficult it is to get an appointment but this has rarely been the case for her. It shows she is their target clientele.

Therefore I reiterate I believe B/K/C is available at FSH and it is FSH prerogative to be polite or rude how about how they address this with customers and their prerogative whether they sell you a bag. This is what people need to understand.

Sending luck to Those who do get an appointment using the conventional online system. I truly hope you do get the bag you desire.

Personally, I believe all stores have bags in the back room.

The question was asked on her Insta account, if she applied for appts and she answered that her appt was arranged for. She than wrote that she applied for her husband 4 times and didn't have any luck on managing to get an appt.

I wish someone would arrange an appointment for me :) I have never scored an appointment in Paris through the system. But honestly, I just wanna your the garden. No bag needed.
