I was in Paris in early December for a week and never got an appointment. I tried asking, in French, but they always said no right away, without even bothering to check anything. Checking on the forum that week, it does seem that people have not been as successful this December due to low stock.

I did go to all the stores in Paris and bought other things. And I did see some white bags leave the store. The caveat to this is, most of the times, it seemed like the client was a VVIP, and had multiple SAs helping her out.

It is pretty common to have multiple SA’s assist in Paris because they are each assigned to specific departments. I must have been helped by 4-5 SA’s each visit.

That’s good to know, thanks!! I was usually helped by one, and she followed me to other departments.

The one customer I remember vividly had at least 5 Hermes shopping bags, and so she had a couple of SAs carrying them, another one trying to find her a scarf, and another that was trying to coordinate her ride back to the hotel. This was on a weekday, and the store was quite busy.

Also I saw on IG that Julianne Moore was also visiting, so I’m consoling myself with the fact that only the VVIPs got a BK that week

Sevres SAs are trained in all departments. FSH and George V have designated SAs per section.

Hello everyone,
I have been following this forum for a while and finally have a couple stories to share.
My husband and I visited France from 12/23-01/02 with our friends. He was able to confirm an appointment at FSH under his name prior to our trip. On 12/28, we met up with our friends and went to FSH to buy some items and create a profile but unfortunately everything we wanted was sold out. My friend was able to get a few items and created a profile. On 12/30, we showed up at our appointment. There were 2 leather hostesses when we checked in. The first hostess was not able to find my husband name. Then the second one pulled out another list and found him. The SA showed up a minute later and took us up upstairs. She asked me what I wanted to look into first and I told her I wanted to look into shoes, belts, housewares and bags. She then said let's look into bag first. She sat us down and asked me about the specs that I wanted. I basically just told her I wanted a small k or b, prefer neutral color, red or pink, gold or rose gold hardware, epsom, togo or chevre leather. I also said KP or mini constance if b and k were not available. I mentioned pink sakura and she immediately said not in season. Then she told me she would check the bag for me but the stock was low. We got some water and she disappeared. After 5 minutes, she came back with a small box and told us to follow her to a room. I got a little disappointed when she told me there was no b or k for me. But she said she found this and she thought it would look good on me. Then she presented a mini constance in rose sakura and chevre leather. She explained that epsom rose sakura was not in season but chevre mysore was. My husband and I were really happy with the constance so we took it. I asked again for KP but none was in stock. The SA asked if I was staying in Paris the week after new year, maybe she could help with a b or k, but unfortunately I had to leave on Sunday. So she said next time. After that we looked for other items but most of them were out of stock. The experience was amazing, the SA was very nice. Everything was low not just bags. I was very lucky to get offered a constance under my husband's account. However, I applied everyday since 12/23 -12/31 but did not get any appointment under my name.

My friend got an appointment through online system 3 days after she created a profile. Her appointment was at 11:30am on 01/03. Her SA immediately said no bkc when she asked. She was offered a mini picotin in gold which she turned down. While she was asking if a kelly/constance to go was available. Her SA cut her off when the word kelly came out. The SA was rude and told my friend that she already said no bkc and asked if my friend needed her to repeat what were available. She then proceed to end the appointment and walked away. My friend decided to buy other small items and left. While she was there, she only saw picotin and evelyne were offered to customers.

Overall, I believe stock is very low this Dec. FSH was packed the 2 times I visited with many elegant ladies and their b and k. There was a red shiny croc mini kelly in display . Even though I did not get a b or k, I'm very happy with what I got. Thank you for reading my post. I hope your trip will be a success.

Me either. I last went November of 2019. I'm hoping to celebrate my 50th birthday there November 2022 but we'll see. I miss it SOOOOOO MUCH!

hi everyone! i was in Paris mid December (17-20), my lovely SA at GV told me the stock was very variable and unpredictable first half of the month. she managed to offer me a B30 but told that they just got the "green light" to offer bags yesterday though the week before the stock was super low and she would not be able to offer me anything if i came earlier. so traveling before christmas (like one week before) can be a good option as they usually restock sufficiently!

That’s a good news, if They got a green light to offer B/K/C. As when I was there in Nov 22-26 all 3 stores said NO B/K/C. One FSH SA even said don’t ask anykind of Kelly we don’t have it. SA was rude actually.

let us know if others got offered B/K/C

My son has been accompanying me to all my appointments from age 4 onward, and it has never been a problem!
