Don't understand this appointment fuzzy here. Didn't score one for t'day but just walken in. Store was full but not crowded. No problem at all and a surprisingly nice selection of bags. However no B or K for sale; just to look at and try.

No, I had just my other Evelyne and I have to admit I have plenty of gold on both fingers and arms. Not that I am good looking at all but being male, slim and tall might be a plus? However, have seen men turned away, too. No chick outfit, though. My black jeans, a black and purple pullover and a black jacket with my worn-out sneakers. All in all maybe $400. So nothing fancy here.

Other than that I tried to be polite and greeted in French before gently asking what I want. It is a 3-step process at both Faubourg and Sèvres (greeter - locator - SA). For most people it was over @step 2.

Didn't feel I did any special.

As I just learned my other posts won't come back and I have been encouraged to write anew so just in a few words. Have been 4 times @ these 2 Paris stores and scored 2 Evelyne bags but was offered 2-6 each time I went there. All w/o appointments.

I scored one bag at each store and - as said - I could have bought at least 5-6.

I received a Kelly danse but from the sevres boutique and this was back in august. I had asked for either a Kelly 28 or a Kelly danse and she brought out the Kelly danse. It was a bag I’ve been wanting and so hard to get from my local boutiqueso I was so happy for it.

I do think it helps that you are politely greeting them in French, that you are a European male, but I also think it sets a tone that you wear multiple unique and high-end pave Cartier pieces. I imagine you appear to be a pleasant but also desirable customer.

congratulations. I would love to put this on my WL with my home store but we can only specify one bag style example Birkin however we can choose multiple colours and sizes. So need to look for the K Danse at FSH or anywhere else on my non existent travels to Europe.

Thank you for showing me the night scene at FSH, as I have only taken this photo during the day LOL.
I need to go there at night as they look even more festive at night. :smile:
p.s. The FSH store was busy today. Asked for cancellations but none available. And no SLG I was looking for either. So glad I managed to get some rare SLG before the holiday season started (2 months ago..the stock was AMAZING, I kept finding rare SLG) but now, even regular SLG is hard to come by.
