I will leave this reminder as a sticky because tthis is often a thread that new members (or new Hermès lovers) post on - hopefully temporarily.

I would never queue or stand outside a shop that early lol I prefer my sleep more. I do prefer the online system. I understand everyone’s frustration about numerous attempts to get an appointment as well. however if it wasn’t for the appointment system I doubt I would have ever got a bag from FSH. I’m not rushing to go to Paris until their is more stability with bag supply
Having read the thread it seems to me like the
Oh 100% FSH needs the tourist revenue. There isn't enough in France or even Europe to hit their numbers. That's why they've set it up that way. They need our money, and it's nice for us traveling there to have something magical to look forward to.
Absolutely and to be treated as queens  and kings etc.

After reading the multiple posts on here, I have decided to test out the appointment lottery. There is now an appointment lottery system for ALL of the H boutiques in Paris (yikes)!

Let's see how long this takes.

Day 2/second attempt and no success yet.

Will report back if and when I am successful! Going off some of the feedback on this chain, I may potentially have to wait till 2022:hrmm:

I’m in Paris now and yesterday I submitted my appointment request online for the Sèvre location shortly after the booking system opened up but I got a rejection notice. It said someone will reply between 8-8:30pm but the reply didn’t come until 10:30pm. I’m only here 3 more days, I’m guessing I won’t get a schedule which is disappointing. I went into the Saint Honore store yesterday thinking I might just buy a shawl, but the bandana one in the colour I wanted wasn’t available. The store was packed and felt junky. I’m not so lucky. Maybe I will have better luck in Cannes.

Hi, no need for appointments for belt, I got one a month ago, they are really well stocked. Even showed me a few buckles not on display. and many colors of leather to choose from including the blue/white combination which I was looking for. Just walk to the belt section in the middle of the main floor. good luck
Amazing thank you! So good to know :) I’m after a taupe and black one - fingers crossed

I was in Paris a couple of weeks ago. I tried to book an appointment online the day before my visit but my request was rejected. Not sure why, as the FSH or George V stores weren't packed at all when I visited. I walked into the George V store with no wait and was assisted right away (I was looking for gloves, not a bag). The sales associate who helped me was nice but completely out of her depth in the glove department. Thankfully I knew exactly what I was looking for and they had it in stock. Good shopping experience overall, but the appointment system is bonkers. Thankfully, I'm not after any of their coveted bags.

When it’s a yes the answer is max 20h30 when a no can be very late.

I've been rejected twice already. Emails received in the evening at 20h39 and 19h47. There doesn't seem to be a set time for these rejections.

You'll enjoy Sevres more. It's an open floor plan and just beautiful. They also have a great selection. My shoe SA at FSH told me that Sevres gets stock before FSH does in terms of most items other than leather goods. Sevres is my favorite overall and my main store in Paris. I wish you luck. I've gotten 2 rejections so far and leave next Tuesday. I hope we each get an appt and a bag .
