I just got a mini Lindy + evelyn 29. I also tried for 5 days at the FSH store online with no luck. However, I went into the FSH store (which by the way is open Sundays in December!) and bought a strap and a calvi. Then they were able to scan my new passport and link my purchase history (from 2017 in Paris). There was a guy on the floor I told him and showed him my many rejection emails, he scanned my profile and history and said "We'll try to get you in if you come back 1-2 hours". I said OK. As I turned to leave, he came back and said "We have a cancellation now! You can get a Leather appointment right now!". So I got an appt on the spot. The SA was very nice, but flat-out said no BKC right now. I got mini Lindy + Evelyn 29 and pretty happy with it! Dreams do come true at FSH!

Just arrived Paris this morning, got rejected for yesterday ballot. Its rare that they opened on Sunday because of the festive period so I tried going down to FSH just now and it was quite busy this afternoon, no luck to get inserting any appt. Most items I'm sought aftering were all no stock, specific scarf, homeware plates, shoes, bracelets etc Reservation lady was very friendly and did encourge me to try again. Did not make any purchase today but the experience was quite ok. Hope I get lucky for tml's and my 7days later appt

Presenting to you my B25 Sellier in Black with PHW. I was very fortunate to have been matched with a lovely SA who I instantly connected with. I'm OBSESSED with my new bag and I'm in shock that it's mine. The hilarious part is my husband used to say that he couldn't stand the baby birkin and has always said he doesn't like the sellier style, yet when he saw this his jaw dropped. I also purchased a cashmere scarf and two sets of twillys with the birkin along with a pair of boots from FSH last week.

Can you share your appointment experience at FSH? Seems like a lot of people aren’t getting offered a BKC even with an appointment. How many tries did it take to get an appointment and did you select no preference for stores?

Just stopped by Sèvres today around 11:45-noon Paris time to recheck out some items for my H shopping spree that is planned for the new year. SAs were in good spirits and some were milling about, happy to ask if you need help, chat about the brand, the lottery system ,future events, and give a tour, given that the store has had some renovations done in 2020-2021 - one SA asked if I needed help while I was perusing the perfume section which is how we got to chatting with the subjects mentioned previously.

Can reconfirm that Sèvres is not as well stocked for leather goods as FSH after looking at wallets with another SA but I think the store exemplifies the Hermès universe best in Paris.❤

Honestly I just put it down to luck. I've been denied literally dozens of times over numerous years through the appointment system. I was told that selecting no preference gives you the greatest chance for an appointment as it's slated amongst the three stores rather than just one. Not sure how true that is.

I had an appointment today at Sevres at a late time, so I decided to shop while waiting. I fell in love with some expensive shoes & decided to buy them. They cost around €8000. So as they put the shoe aside, I waited while a leather SA came & asked for my choices. I told her, she said she’ll check, she came back with nothing and said sorry nothing today. So then I asked for other non quota bags in mini sizes. She said we have nothing mini. She said they only have big bags, so I said I’m open to b30, she said no b/k/c in any size. So, I was wondering why they gave me an appointment in the first place if there’s nothing….

IMO, If I were you, I would have left the shoes at the counter and left. Buy the shoes from your home store to build a profile. Or use the money at a reputable reseller to get the bag you want. It shouldn’t be that much more of a premium to get the bag you want.

ETA: 8,000 euro shoes is an extremely hard sale. All the pieces have got to fall into place. The buyer has to have the $, be willing to spend the $ on shoes, the store has to have them in the buyer’s size, and the buyer needs to love them enough to buy them. Your home Hermes would LOVE to have that sale. Build up your profile there.

Tbh, I did think that way but they were the last ones in my size and I didn’t want to be viewed as trying to purchase only for the bag. Also my home store flat out told me to spend €14,500 to get a bag. Not only that, each bag costs more than it does in Europe by about €3000! So ridiculous.
