I will leave this reminder as a sticky because tthis is often a thread that new members (or new Hermès lovers) post on - hopefully temporarily.

Yes- for me, my appt time kept changing online and the last update I saw was 1815 before I went at my original appt time around 1630. I waited about 45 min or so for an available SA. I overheard there were only 2 leather SAs working that day. Not sure if that was true or if the hostess just said that to deter people away when they asked about cancellations.

Side note- it was insane watching how rude people were to the leather hostess!
I was in FSH today. Where is the leather hostess located?

I finally got an appointment! But it’s for just before the the store closes.
Does anyone know if it would be possible to go earlier in the day when their stock isn’t completely dried up yet? Has anyone ever gone at an earlier time than their scheduled appointments before?

we went to paris pre-covid and my sister appointment was at 6 pm, she was offered a mini kelly ostrich. She has no purchases at hermes paris.

Hi there! I have truly enjoyed reading all your posts the past couple of months prior to my trip re: shopping in Paris. Thank you for your contribution in making my trip successful!
Loved your stories and your collection is amazing! Your appointment was one day after me at FSH! I aspire to have an H collection like yours one day…

Hi ladies, I’ve been following this thread for awhile now and so grateful for all the insights I’ve gotten from all of you.

I’m planning to go to Paris at the end of November and am wondering if generally the Birkin bags stock is good on a Saturday? I remember once reading months ago that there are some days when they have fewer bag deliveries. My plan is to apply a day before my arrival on Saturday morning and if I or my husband don’t receive an appointment, would just buy a pair of shoes and try to ask the SA to help us get a leather appointment. Thank you!

Stocks on a Saturday is usually lower than other days. But being offered a birkin is very much possible. I was able to score a Birkin 30 Officier on a Saturday morning, my appointment was at 10:30am.

Did you get anything ?
No  I went in right when the store opened and asked for a Kelly 25 in Mauve Sylvestre but the SA said that color isn’t in production this season? I was so confused since everyone on the forum says it is one of the colors for this season and many were offered different bags in that color. I also said I like bleu glacier and she said that’s not available this season either even though it is according to this forum?

I told her any pink or pastel/Light grey colored Kelly would be a dream bag for me and that I was also ok with Kelly 28 or Birkin 25. She said ok and went to the back for 15 minutes and when she returned she said madame I am really sorry but we have no birkins or kelly’s. She was like “but we have other bags if you’re interested?” so I was like sure I’ll take a look. She didn’t bring me any bags in boxes but instead just led me 3 feet away to where the glass display cases on the floor were, showing me the mosaique and some other bags in dark colors that I was not at all interested in. I said no thank you and left the store.
Overall really disappointed in that experience. I’m actually heading to Lyon tomorrow to see if I would have better luck there. We’ll see.

Hiya lovelies! So I’m new to Hermès, I plan to go to Paris next week and while I’m there I hope to score a birkin 25 ! I heard they screen you from head to toe. I think I’m over thinking and this might sound silly but I was just wondering what I should wear? I tend to dress causal but I don’t want to look too casual that they think I’m not worthy of being offered one. Thanks so much ladies x
