I am planning a trip to FSH and I request a leather appointment today. Like a few didn’t get an email telling no.
My concern is when you get it maybe you wouldn’t receive the email.

Do we also get an sms when a appointment is confirmed ?

You get a text at some point when your appointment is confirmed but I can’t remember if it’s that night or the day of the appointment. Also, the text and the email will both have a special link that you refresh throughout the day to check on the actual time of the appointment. Also, I would recommend you remember the last few letters on that link as it’s specific to you and your appointment. FSH needed that code to find me in the system when I showed up for my appointment on August 27. For some reason, with my name alone they couldn’t find me but when they put the code in the iPad, my appointment and my name showed up.

I do remember about the link to track the time.
I got the email notification around 10 pm was a no but i was expecting it.

Last day at paris final update:
So i will start this all over for those trying, as maybe some information will be helpful.
Both my husband and I were trying for an appointments since august 31st, we decided not to go to store to ask about the appointment until after 5 days.
I have bought few items, which i really want and not to get a bag and i think that has helped me.
On Tuesday i went to store and showed them the rejection emails, and explained that i have been trying, they saw my profile and decided to offer an appointment on Thursday at 4:30 pm.
Im not a vip, i have never bought jewellry or expensive homewear, just regular shoes and other leather goods.
My husband tried to ask for an appointment and still no, they actually told me to try for Wednesday and Thursday as i might get an earlier appointment.
I saw the appointment system yesterday on the hostess phone, 6509 people have tried for an appointment for the 3 stores in paris .

So how was the appointment? Was this at FSH?

Today september 9th:
My appointment was at 4:30, i went an hour and half earlier and asked if they could accommodate me and they assigned me directly to a sa.
I waited 45 mins and as my appointment was not through the system i didnt not get any link of sms.
My SA was the best she offered me what i wanted exactly and even gave me other options, I was offered kelly 25 sellier in etoupe, as well as mini lindy swift in black.
She told me i could actually get more than a bag, she also showed me mini verrou both in normal leather and exotic leather.
And finally a constance mini in epsom which i bought for my aunt as its her dream bag.
