I’ve shopped there as well for years. Visited 2-3 times per year pre covid. It was the week it was released back then. Some SAs didn’t even know about it that time. Maybe that’s why. My George V SA saw it the first time only when I showed him the photo. I remember one FSH SA when I asked back then, trying to show me the kelly wallets and the separate available straps which were being sold separately. I had to show her again the photo I had in my phone that what I’m asking is new model one.

You don’t need an appointment! From what I’ve heard, Lyon has a good “success rate” and relatively good stock! I’m also planning on going there sometimes soon if I keep getting rejected for appointments in Paris

Went to the George V store 20 minutes after it opened today hoping to ask about any appt cancellations. I was too shy to ask right away so I first asked to see any rodeos and pegasus (they were out of pegasus but my SA showed me some rodeo options - I ended up getting the So Pink Rose Mexico rodeo). I then asked to see some shoes that were on my wishlist but they were either out of them in my size or didn’t have them in stock.

After I paid for my rodeo I asked if there was anyone I could speak to about leather appts. My SA directed me to a lady by the door. After telling her I’ve been trying to get an appt online for a week now and that my bday is next week, she said “if you had asked to see bags right away when u entered the store I would’ve been able to accommodate you because the client this morning didn’t show up for their appt. But the customers that came in after you asked for cancellations and they ended up getting the leathers appt.” I was like :shocked::facepalm::wtf:

So lesson learned - always ask for appt cancellations right away when u enter the store. :crybaby:

I was there as well earlier and no appointment, but my husband got a jige clutch for him mum which is also great. They actually showed me 3 options in different colour and leather.

In Paris now. Anyone not get an email response either way when submitting a request? My husband and I both submitted requests yesterday but only I received the email saying no appointment. We checked junk mail, spam, you name it and nothing. He got the rejection email the day before. Any thoughts?

Yes, Has happened to me as well in the last 3 days. My husband got a rejection email but I didn’t. And 3 days ago I got a rejection but he didn’t. We have been trying since 4 days and no appointments.

Update: went to the other 2 boutiques to ask for any possibility of appts and got no’s from both.

Sevres: I asked to see the SA that I previously worked with a couple days ago because we clicked and I really liked her. Unfortunately she’s not working today so the floor manager helped me instead. I asked for any pegasus and she asked what color I was looking for. I said the Jaune bourgeon one and she looked up my profile. She then went to the back and returned with a box: “la derniere.” So the takeaway is that Sevres definitely has better stock of pegasus and rodeos than both George V and FSH. I also asked if there were any appt cancellations and the lady said no, but she said I am welcome to come talk to the SA I was looking for tomorrow since she will be here then. Not a definite yes but I take this as a positive sign.

FSH: crowded as usual. A lady at the stand expressed sympathy but still said that it’s not possible to give me an appt neither today nor tomorrow.

I may check out the Sevres location again tomorrow to go meet that SA I had last time. In the meantime here’s some eye candy:girlsigh:
